But we've seen him with his powers, and Ginjou being a Shinigami Rep predates Ichigo's turn.

The beginning was great. I really thought for a moment that Toby was sweating. Past the touchy-feely stuff, I really like how the footprints were presented. I'm so scared for the Konoha groups. I think we are about to see some characters killed off
I think Tobi actually is, I mean he seemed like he even had the emotions to suggest feeling some sort of distress. Its not like he even has anymore tricks up his sleeve.
Guy and Kakashi are most likely gonna die, no way people can escape death twice in series.

Agreed. I'm banking on a Shakesperean "fall of princes" style ending. Sasuke is gonna kill some of the hidden leaf ninjas but Naruto will somehow get through to him. Ultimately he'll have to sacrifice himself to save the village.
All speculation tho but Kishimoto is capable of surprises

Naruto - I'm actually glad Sasuke's back. This whole arc kinda sucks, except for the Nine Tails acknowledging Naruto.
Bleach - Oh great, a new tsundere character. I hope she never appears again. Hopefully they jump right into the action, instead of having Ichigo going back to school.

Togashi finally gets to the chapter when Gon meets Ging, perhaps one of the most anticipated scenes in HxH, and it's scribbles.
He did do a good job of drawing Pariston in those final 2 pages with him.

And that reunion hinted from the first chapter is kinda underwhelming imo, but we get illumi vs Killua so that should be good (unless the rest of the family intervenes somehow)

Meh. Vagabond used to be one of my favorites, but it really started to drop off. Inoue is burned out, and he knows it.
Kishimoto has set up all kinds of things throughout Naruto that he'll never use. I don't know why(Mario lol), but I've been saying for the past year or two that he's rushing through Naruto. I can't follow his train of thought any more. For all I know Sasuke is going to completely ignore Naruto and just start massacring leaf town ninjas.

The effects most closely resemble Law's powers, but I still think he's referring to Buggy. I can't see Law being invited to join the Shichibukai. It could be he mistook Law for Buggy after he witnessed Law's powers.
Or I suppose it's possible that Law temporarily teamed up with Buggy for whatever reason since he specifically asks if they're, "more allies of the Schibukai?" possibly suggesting it wasn't the Schibukai's crew itself.
Edit: Haha, I didn't realize the dudes in the gas masks ignored Brook until someone here mentioned it.

Well Oda subtly acknowledging that the dragon idea was from Fairy Tail was a gesture of good faith. I wish he had took the idea further and gave it epic attacks instead of resorting to keeping it as tame as the weak unappealing dragons all in How to Train Your Dragon.
Zoro was epic and Luffy kept me laughing. Although the sword skills used here wouldnt be at the top of an esoteric top 10 list of epic sword skills used by Zoro, they were still cool. As always the chapter will probably be excellent when animated early next year.

I dont know the first thing about Fairy Tales but I do know that the concept of dragons existed long before it.
