Theres jmanga with tons of titles, but you only get like 1000 or so points a month which is used to buy a number of manga from various publishers, but a lot seems really niche.

Only one I would consider is temporarily getting the shonen jump subscription so I can read One Piece, Claymore and DGM (another shonen I'm halfway in). I assume I get access to all the volumes. Could use it to catch up then just cancel it.

They're paranoid and can't agree on anything, so basically everybody goes it alone. Viz is the most advanced simply because they are a US company leveraging manga products. Kodansha is doing something similar but doesn't really seem interested in investing anything.
Square-Enix is probably the best example of the japanese publisher mentality.

- Not actually downloadable. It's just a license to read.
- Can only read using a flash browser on their website. (Tablets, Phones SOL)
- Very few free preview chapters
- The most expensive of the download options
- Most of the work isn't even done by them
- Way behind; no guarantee of volumes coming out near print equivalents in NA
- Purchase requires registering with a 3rd party service (ClickandBuy)

Well you're more into moe manga than action manga so I'm not even sure anymore. I'm more than willing to chew you out again for saying, "It's all the same shit." in reference to Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece, no matter how much garbage Naruto and Bleach are.
