Nope. But they're both huge on consoles and at least one of them is huge on a handheld. Let's see if CoD can do the same on Vita.
Mario sells on handhelds because the games are not the same as on consoles, the experience is not determined by active user base (COD online is), and for a lot of kids handhelds are their only or primary platform (ds, 3ds). Very few will have Vita as their only platform, and the chances of COD Vita being different from console versions (in a good way) are very slim. COD Vita sales must rely completely on who are willing to buy the game twice just to play it on the go. As I said in another post, I dont see it working even if they included a free download code with the PS3 version and added cross-play.. Its just not what COD players want.
