Would've been easier for Ajax to qualify for Europa next season by winning the Europa League. Their league performance have been abysmal so far.

He "just" threw himself in front of the trainer/stood in front of it, so he at least didn't put anyone in danger with a car. His daughter died a few years before, which was apparently what got him depressed, not that I don't think the fight for the #1 jersey could have put stress on him but... Hardly a direct result of it or having anything to do with Adler.
