Yep, when they hit that angle during the celeb half, I knew there were no glasses in those frames. This is the stupidest fashion trend since men wearing skinny jeans.

The glasses are only there to distract you from looking at how much his hair is thinning. He's like 2 years from Drexler.

He's 20 years old. He hasn't been bad at all this year. Some shitty exhibition game, really? Who cares?

He's the kind of player the Magic should be targeting. Not some old 24 year old with 34 year old knees who is going to walk after next season after playing 40 games for the Magic anyway.

Tristan Thompson is the definition of meh and he still somehow put up 20 points. Dreck Williams is a tweener to the nth degree.

Clyde never gave a fuck and never tried to cover it up. Plus, he's been home for well over a decade now.

Wolves would try to put pau at Center? What of Nikola? No way he comes off the bench...

This rumor is dumb.

And i haven't watched him, but is Derrick Willams really that bad? That you want to trade him and win soonish, assuming Pau plays 5 more years at least? Also who's backing up Rubio? Luke Ridnour? I see wolves-gaf goes crazy when he's doing anything but shooting treys.

Id be so pissed if that trade went down. Its just a stupid stupid move. Why the hell would we want an 32 year old pf who gets paid 20 million a year and is already starting to decline when we already have a great pf and a very good center? Makes no freakin sense

If you make a trade, trade for a freakin wing since our wings suck balls. That'll improve the team a lot more than trading for gasol. I mean, sure, we would get better, but you cant play gasol, Pek, and Love at the same time. Its mind-bogglingly dumb to be forced to sit one of your best players in crunch time while your playing playing Wes/Webster and another PG on the wing.

There isn't some law saying they can't trade somebody else if they trade for Gasol.

Derrick Williams is not a bad player. He's just stuck in a crazy logjam... don't be trolled by the bitter Magic fan.

Williams looks pretty good to me. He can shoot and dunk atleast... Still don'tknow what position he's gona play in the league though. But yeah fake trade is fake.

Don't you guys know the faker the trade sounds the realer it is?

Once again never expect any thing logical to happen when it comes to most NBA GMs

Or we could not do that trade and trade for a wing instead.

I mean, if that trade goes down, who the hell do we have left after that? Wes, Webster, and ridnour? Im sure thatll get us that awesome wing! You might come back with and say Pekovic, but man, no way in hell do i want to trade him. The dude is a beast and trading a 26 year old center who is beasting just seems idiotic. If that trade goes down, out of Rubio, Love, Pek, and Pau, the person who i would want to trade is Pau...

Lol can anyone explain to me what happened to Martell Webster? I saw that great game against the jazz where he was dropping 3's left and right. Didn't hear much from him after that. Then he got injured, traded, and now he just sucks?

Pretty much. Back problems and multiple back surgeries probably hurt him and his shot has been way off this year (probably due to not playing cause of said injury) But the dude is just an idiot, has terrible handles, and cannot finish at the rim to save his life.

Someone seriously needs to tell him that he is a spot up jump shooter and you should do even less of that this year since youre broke.

He can rebound well for his position though, ill give hi that much

That's one of the worst trade rumors I've ever seen. Why would Minnesota want Pau? Bynum isn't enough for Orlando, but adding Derrick Williams makes it awesome?

AWoj said:
Derrick Rose's new Adidas deal will guarantee him $185 million over 13 years, source tells Y! Hitting incentives pushes it over $200M.

Derrick, if you are reading this, word of advice: PRENUP.

Essentially. It makes you marginally better @ c/pf but doesn't cover up a single one of your largest weakness's SF/SG.

Retardo deal.

How exactly is he even marketable? That seems completely and utterly absurd to give to a guy with all the personality of some dry paint, but I don't really keep up with these things.

Deserved it more than Nash. Both times.

Not really, and I don't even think Nash deserved it both times. But at least Nash was actually the main reason that team was great. It was a freaking D'antoni team so you know they didn't win with defense.

Rose got accolades for being the one guy who didn't suck at scoring on a great defensive and rebounding team.

Just stop talking.

All these fucks wearing these fashion glasses. wtf. I'm erasing you all off my dvr. Trying to get in on my true og bad eyesight having fashion. Get out.

Eh, Rose's defense isn't in the stat column. He's no Jason Kidd, but he's still one of the better defenders at his position in the league. Dwight wouldn't have been a bad pic either, but when's the last time he took over a game? It feels like I could count on one hand the times that he's single-handedly pushed Orlando to a big win.

Nash was completely no existent on the defensive end. There's no excuse for that.
Just stop talking.
Still salty.

Don't worry, Amare Houston will be back fresh after the all-star break
for all of 5 games if you're lucky

If you want to play that game, then lets repo Dirk's MVP trophy too.

Fine with me if you take last year's and give it to Dirk.

Everyone gets on Dirk for what happened in 07, and rightfully so, even if his terrible coach didn't help. But Rose was just as bad in the playoffs last year, it's just that they played two teams so terrible in the first two rounds that it didn't matter.

It's a regular season award. If you want to count playoffs, or the first few rounds at least, then Chris Paul would have a MVP trophy too.

But last year? It was going to either Dwight, Rose, or Dirk. No matter who was picked, there was gonna be some shit.

They hand out a MVP for players that do really well in the playoffs, too.

I believe Dirk won one last year.

Yes, and Rose deserved it the least of those three. I'm not saying they should take it away because of the playoffs, I'm saying the playoffs showed why he didn't deserve it in the first place. Of course you could see that already if you looked at his mediocre offensive efficiency and passing ability during the regular season.

I read it just fine.

You buried "...and rightfully so..." only to quickly point out his "terrible coach".

It's impossible to mention how bad Avery Johnson was at coaching too many times. Few coaches have ever gotten undressed as badly as Avery did in the playoffs, repeatedly.

You're the first one to bitch about shitty teammates and a coach's ineptitude though.

Almost the exact same arguments could be applied to Rose in Chicago. And they had a better record (in the east, w/e).
