Yes the shot of Shepards torso gasping then cutting to credits with this playing was really cool, would have been a great ending without the preceding 5 mins of nonsenese.

I would argue that the synthesis ending is signifigantly different from the vaporization ending. In synthesis, everything lives, vaporization, everybody dies

I think thats how the subtitles describe him.
But assuming that rvy's readiness rating is high enough, they won't see the vaporization ending anyway without a replay of the full game.
They're unknown persons gazing at stars, thus star gazer.

I'm alright with sacrificing Sheppard at the end but the destruction of the mass relays was too much. They effectively ended the ME universe.
And not having any info on the characters that you went through the trilogy with is criminal imo. I HATE the "lazy developer" meme but it's very clear that Bioware bungled that part of the ending. Running out of time/resources and leaving that out is just poor project planning.

Apparently if you wait like, 10 mins in the Crucible you get this ending:
Also, the 'Mako wheels' are only on the left side, the side the Mako was before the conduit.
Something to think about huh.
Also, everyone saying the indoctrination thing isn't true, bioware have said they want people do extrapolate (aka make up) what really happens. We're just as right about indoctrination as we are about the galaxy starving.

Also, what was the point of building the huge sphere on the crucible ? I feel like they build a massive space probe just to throw 75% of it's mass away before docking it to the Citadelle

Well I think depending on your war assets and how you ended ME2 (by destroying/salvaging the human reaper) earth can be destroyed in the firing of the crucible. But this is just what I read from IGN, so i dunno. Everything you SEE is basically the same, though.

Crucible takes a hit, outer shell gets damaged, sphere-thingy in the middle is unharmed. Would be handy when flying that thing through a swarm of angry Reapers, I imagine.

We can assume in the Control ending nothing, the galaxy should be as it was minus Mass Relays with the Reapers on holiday somewhere, the Destroy ending if the AI is to believed would have killed the Reapers, EDI and the Geth.
I liked it.
I was ready for "it was all a dream" and then seeing a fat shepard wake up in a floating future bed but nope.
I was surprised to see that when everyone is raging about the ending, it's only about the last video. I thought the whole last fight/ running around is on the hate ticket.
It was emotional and I`m fine with it.

But at least CD Project gives people massive updates for free, and show they care about their game. Bioware so far has an employee on the forums tell everyone that they dont make games for customers, and a ME official twitter that is descending into madness and trolling people.

During Shepard's dream sequences, I originally thought that he felt guilty about the people he couldn't save. I didn't realize the illusive man was one of the people whispering to him. Also if you run the wrong way, IE not towards the kid, you hear the reaper noise.

I don't see why he'd have the illusive man in his dreams if they were based on his guilt of people he couldn't save, this goes extra if it turns out that kid wasn't real and was just an indoctrination-related hallucination.

That depends on what ending means I guess. The final arc could be radically different for several reasons.
I think what they actually said though was "world states".
