There's always Matt Leinart.

He definitely has the tools to be successful, and he did flash. Not NFL ready, though. He's the perfect example of a player I can see a bad organization rushing on to the field, as screwing up his development.

His biggest issue is being shut down for about 3 months, no time to work on his game, no improvement, that's a long time.

His receivers weren't good, I'm not sure I can honestly say Swope is good, but he's prodctive. Working against nickel backs will probably do that. Fuller's a joke, can't separate, looked lifeless. Was it injuries? I don't know, he played like shit though.

Tannehill faded down the stretch, small sample size will always scare teams unless you destroy the competition, and he didn't.

I think he's a first rounder, more of a first rounder than some of the other picks in recent years, time will tell.

Can't remember who it was but Fuller lit up one of LSU's stud CBs two years ago. Last year it just seemed like he lost his desire to play. That team had a weird vibe. Seems like Sherman just couldn't them to work right. It's why I found it hilarious that anyone would consider him for an NFL HC job

According to @MikeKlis the #Dolphins are currently in negotiations with Alex Smith

Good, I guess

@KLV760
Ken LaVicka
So let's hear it #Dolphins fans: you feel better with Smith for 8 mil/year than Flynn?

Maybe, I don't know

Philbin must have a "good feeling" and "conviction" about Alex Smith. #Dolphins

I hope so...

Had a good line with solid runningbacks, seems like Sherman does a good job in the run game. Yeah, Fuller looked good in his jr year, had a good bowl game, high expectations for '11. Guy just disappeared. A&M D looked terrible, they got away from their run game, Cyrus Gray was a forgotten man. Games turned into shoot outs.

Pretty sure if Weeden is available at 25, which is getting more likely as we go, Denver will take him. I think Elway likes him. I'd rather use the pick elsewhere. Even so I'm pretty sure the first or second pick is going to a QB.

I think Elway likes Foles over Weeden.

He's 28 years old. Even if it takes him 2 years to develop, he's on the wrong side of 30. He's a stopgap QB for anyone willing to take a chance on him. Because we all know as men (for the most part) that your body will begin to go to poo after 25.

Tebow baby! Harbaugh can coach anyone!

It only works if they fall for the blue collar rhetoric.

Interesting. All I've heard is that they will draft Weeden if he is there. I knew he scouted Foles, but I haven't heard much about him coming to Denver.

I knew he was 28. If they draft him that high there must be something there for them to take him that high. I didn't watch much college this year, so I know little about him.

Main reason I dont like Weeden is cause of the age. Glad Seahawks wont even be in the conversation for him now even though I doubt they ever were.

The lions will be hosting David hawthorn next week. Hopefully goldie's dreams come true and they host Lofton as well.

Idk if we'll have the cap room for Lofton now because we resigned Sackus. It makes me sad and angry. But Hawethorne is a pretty solid guy from what I have heard and seen, so I would be ok with it.

I keep sending Tulloch tweets about resigning with Detroit, but he never takes the bait =(

Edit: According to some tweets, it looks like Detroit is making a strong push for Tulloch now. About fucking time

Talked to Flynn. Said a big factor in Sea over Mia was vibe in the building in Seattle: "The coaches, the staff--they were fantastic.''

Oh so our coaches weren't good enough for you huh Flynn? Fine then I didn't even want you anyway. It's all about small hands now baby ;)

Fuck you Ireland and Ross :(

What is wrong with Matt Moore? He didn't have a terrible season. It wasn't great either, but I'm sure with a bit more experience he could put up Smith numbers without issues. I don't watch the Dolphins, so I don't know if he was complete shit, but his numbers don't look bad for a guy just taking over. Hell he had 60% completion rate, which I'm sure Tebow would pray for.

I think Tulloch ends up back with Detroit this week. Nobody is giving LBs huge money right now, especially the kind he wants.

Also, Smith negotiating with Miami?

Peyton in SF more of a possibility now?

I would take Moore over small hands any day.

Nothing's wrong with Matt Moore, it's just that Ross promised us a franchise QB this offseason and he fail to deliver. This is were most of my rage stem from.
