The reason "we're all infected" is a game changer is because before that, they could have made their own communities and hoped for the tide to turn or for the zombies to somehow get wiped out.

If EVERYONE'S infected, then even if every zombie exploded tomorrow they'd still live in a society where zombie outbreaks could start at any moment.

Man that new character.... is definitely a comic book character. Hahaha jeez.

True. However, the show has NEVER been terribly interested in realism. But yeah, reads weird. Even in the comics honestly. minor minor minor spoiler
her look and feel mellows quickly in the comics, and she quickly falls in line with what we've seen so far... not sure about show

Why the fuck would u watch the show if you hate it so much?
Spoilers dropping on talking dead, it's interesting the host seems to really be into the comics.

Why is everyone so mad about withholding the everyone is infected crap? So what? That barely changes anything.

Er-because it is life changing. "You could turn into one of them when you die unless you take a blunt-force trauma to the head!" Uh, that's not a pleasant thought, you know?

And why did Rick just not say Shane tried killing him? He made it sound like he is thebad guy, not Shane. Did not get what was going on there really.

Agreed.

This show sucks.

So leave. Okay, we don't love you. Buh-bye!

Seriously: No1currs

I don't see how she'd keep them at a distance. Were their mouths covered?

In the comic you can see the zombies better on the chains, and there the jaws were chopped off and covered. On the show you can't really see them.

Looked like their jaws were off? Man it was like a random clip from a comic book movie spliced in lol

Comic book was same way really, it was pretty grounded in it's style and suddenly she appears in the same manner and to me it was just as odd in the comic book.

Wow. If Kirkman's being serious, Season 3 is gonna be a huge departure from the standard formula of the show up to this point.

FFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

Andrea to become the new female renegade of the group?

Fuck, so much potential for next season.

After all the success the show has had this season, they better as shit not disappoint!

The comic book samurai saved Andrea.

That characters already on my shit list.

Yeah, I was gonna say. lol

At first I was like: "FUCK! Someone saves Andrea. :("

But then I was like: "FFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU! SO WORTH IT!"

Before = Still some hope that at SOME point in the future, things could go "back to normal".

Now? Humanity, and the world has changed forever.

Hershel, Dale, and Rick all became gdlk this one episode. Hershel was shooting that gun like he was set in the movie Aliens.

Damn, Devil May Cry characters are even gdlk in a zombie series. I'll be forever mad if this chick doesn't turn out to be amazing and stay that way, after this intro. I really do want to know what's going to happen in that prison.

Eh, things could still go back to normal, it's just cremation would have to become the de facto "burial" method.

For those not watching Talking Dead:

- Jimmy was supposed to die (near the cow) instead of Dale Jimmy was supposed to die instead of the cow. Dale would find his guts instead of the cows.

- Hershel was supposed to be killed by Randall, but changed it last second

This makes me sad because I actually really enjoy Andrea in the comics. Best shot in the group and has some real bad ass moments.

Well this is a useless characteristic on the TV show, as everyone has perfect aim and weapons with unlimited ammo, except of course when it's dramatically convenient in either case.

No, Jimmy was supposed to die instead of the cow. Dale would find his guts instead of the cows.

There are barely any people left. And usually when someone dies they are torn to pieces and are not gonna be getting back up. So it hardly matters.

I think it is worse for the group to just randomly spout every random rumor that pops up than to wait for confirmation of said rumors.

I thought the finale was just okay (holy fuck Lori must be the worst character on TV) but the Michonne reveal was awesome and very clever without having to cast her yet. Great treat for those familiar with the comics.
