I am Having NBA-Gaf lurking withdraw :(

So much cynasism, salt and trolling.

Best in bizzzz.

I know they have an IRC channel, but that's the extent of my knowledge.

methodman, FMT, I'll give my input now for you guys to read when you get here, but honestly I think the Niners are best man up right now in the draft, as the Manningham signing takes the urgency off WR in the 1st.

Based on this mock, I think it's a choice between these 4 for the next best available:

G - Cordy Glenn
CB - Stephen Gilmore
DE - Andre Branch
WR/PR - Stephen Hill

Thoughts? I lean to Glenn.

Glenn is the best of those mentioned, I think we take a long look at Fleener though. Could you imagine Fleener and VD?

Vikings signed Geoff Schwartz. PFF loves this guy, said he is the best RT of this free agent crop and a great value guard; he'll start at RG and be groomed, only 26 this offseason.

And we cut Remi Ayodele! Nice.

Buliding a nice line for Ponder hopefully AP comes back good. Then we could do this over time.

Maybe the OT should be retitled Who Dat Snitchin on Dem Saints

I've come to accept that every team I root for is going to be universally reviled. So be it. If you are going to be dirty cheats, better to be dirty cheats who win!

I 100% agree, but that is more for the real draft, there is no way Glenn makes it past 25 IMO.

Fleener IMO is much, much better than Delanie Walker, and Walker is good enough to deserve a shot at #1 TE somewhere. With his contract up after this year, he'll be too expensive.

Fleener is an excellent choice for the Niners, and I honestly think they might go with him.

Oh my god, the NBA thread needs to be opened up ASAP. Fucking vag is in here spewing his usual shit.

Comments like this are why NBA-Gaf got locked up...grow up son...or go get hammered drunk and pass out on a sidewalk somewhere covered in your own vomit like you usually do.

agreed! we need a guard and if cordy glenn is the best one left then lets do it!

Let's butter that up a bit;

With the 30th selection in the draft the 49ers select OG Cordy Glenn. With the departure of guards Chilo Rachal and Adam Snyder, Glenn has the opportunity to make an immediate impact, with only one RG on the roster. He adds mass and athleticism to a line that overall is solid, but has always lacked a game changer at right guard.

And I agree on glenn. With WR shored up and the ones gone, get the guard.

Thanks Mamba.

That's the funny part. Someone needs to post that dog with a chemistry set for Lombardi.

Here you go!

That's what I don't like about any of these punishments. They don't apply to everyone. I look forward to the day that it blows up in their faces. I'm all for discipline, but be consistent and fair.

I agree with this 100%. Goodell should've hammered the Saints two years ago when he first found out about the bounty pool. Instead, he gave them a warning, which they promptly ignored. Don't fool yourselves, 10 of those 16 games Payton is serving is for lying to Goodell.

Im actually surprised that the Broncos dont just keep Tebow.

Peyton Manning is still a health risk.

Just because he can throw again doesnt mean anything. Manning has had multiple surgeries trying to fix the same thing.
Seriously just a few months ago Manning was trying to comeback from a career threatening injury and now he is supposed to be fully healed?

If Manning takes one good shot this year not only will his career possibly be over but he might have done severe damage to his health for the rest of his life.

Im not hoping that this happens and dont wish anything bad on Peyton but I just think its weird that Broncos are going all in on him with no insurance policy.

Don't worry! Brandon Weeden will lead them to the promised land!

Goodell has bigger balls than David Stern, Bud Selig, Baldy, and the entire NCAA infractions committee combined.

My face all day after lunch: :D

Take Glenn good value at this point

I'm in for a 2nd provided I have access at the time of the Steelers' pick. Having to head into the office this week and next really sucks (compared to my usual working from home setup).
