Can't you technically fly with earthbending?

They can levitate giant rocks, so if you coat yourself with rock and levitate it you'll be flying.

Zuko and Azula were both able to somewhat float with normal firebending.

He redirected it in midair. You could clearly see him move his arms just like Iroh taught him. And then he shot it at the roof very quickly. It still hurt him, since it was sloppy, but he countered the brunt of it.

They were on a bed, so she couldn't see.
