I like own3d because it uses irc chat, a ban is a real ban, I can use it with my normal irc client , I can actually read chat, and can customize it.

Doesnt mean shit. Tons of websites use the same servers and technology, You'd be surprised at how many mainstream websites do. Doesn't mean they are the same. JTV and Twitch were meant to be different from one another. And eventually they will be completely.

Well everyone says Henry Cen is sometimes too cheap. Should of got off that fisher price internet. Also I'm pretty sure Arturo has said that there's Fios in that area.

I already seen this debate happen in the SC2 community in early 2012 when roughly half the players were streaming from owned and the other half from justin/twitch. As of now, twitch has become the defacto standard with pretty much all pros using it because it proved to be most reliable in the most regions on the most setups. And the 1080p quality on some streams (obviously depending on the person streaming) is beating out pretty much anything else I've seen in webstreaming.
But well, it's up to spooky, and some of the European (especially Russian/Ukrainian) SC2 players are still using own3d because they're happy with its performance.

nnnnnnnope. Spooky's stream performance is much more stable on Own3d, hardly any stream resets at all.

We need a FGC insider at Next Level's ISP, lol one of my only benefits at my job is fixing my friends or my own internet from the inside.
Except Twitch was giving Sp00ky problems all over the country, from all different kinds of venues and ISP's.

so what happened at Final Round? Spooky said the venue had more than enough for a good stream but had to cut the quality because the connection to twitch wasn't good.
