I know that's a cheap hit, but the goalies over reacting and flopping like crazy really just bugs me for some reason. And yes, I even hate it when Howard does it. I know they do it to grab the refs attention, but it's like, you're wearing the most protective gear out of all the guys on the ice, a little bump isn't gonna hurt you (talking about other instances).

Now that we're at an intermission, thoughts on the Rangers game. Really bummed by the result. That was a game we needed to and should have won. The first half of the third period in particular the team came out flying, looking like they REALLY wanted to put the game away. Towards the end, though, it started looking like the second period of game 1 all over again, like they were content with the 1 goal lead and were just going to play on their heels and hope for the best. Simply put, between the kicked in own goal and the let down towards the end after never trailing once in the game, this was a win that was pissed away.
Beating Ottawa on the road is going to be tough, especially with Ottawa getting a big emotional lift from this game.
