The last I heard, Ono screwed up and the project was very badly managed. At the project assessment at 75% done they concluded that the game is unsatisfactory but Ono wanted to push the game out so that he could concentrate on Darkstalkers 4.

Where did you hear this? It's one thing for suits to say that they want that money, but I don't believe that they'd let him rush a SF centric crossover for some no name franchise that hasn't had a proper entry in fifteen years.

Same here. Ive been playing AE a lot lately. Planning on re buying UMvC 3 soon. All this doesnt matter since Diablo 3 is coming out soon.
