How was the live event in the flesh ? I saw the youtube feed and it seemed sorta fun if not a bit awkward at times.

It's not in the town, it's before you get into the game, in your character screen. You can access the AH there
. Once you figure out how to use it, it's pretty straight forward.
Yeah she's the last one of the three you get. The same actually happened for the previous two - they fought with you for a bit and now you can 'hire' them. It really helps for solo play - try the templar.

So far it's been pretty fun. I know normal difficulty is supposed to be easy, but this game doesn't seem like it will have a fun learning curve.
The moves you have and don't have make it so the game is pretty mindless. I know I'll die when it gets harder, but I just foresee a lot of cheap deaths in the future.

First time of the day to attemp this game and BAM servers are down. So disappointed. I have to be on a conference call at midnight and nothing to do until then

I want to know what they do to the servers. I mean wtf is maintenance? Clearly the issue is their bandwidth coming in, right? It isn't like they are patching Windows on their servers or rewriting authenticating scripts. All they are doing is resetting the servers.

Nah, he quickly starts making things that you can't equip yet. Keep him around your level if you like, but right now I decided to not invest too heavily into him. My spare money goes into the AH, for anywhere from 500-2500g I can get pieces of equipment that are yellow and blow anything I could make out of the water. Mind you, I only just hit level 13 before servers died - I assume that will change eventually.
Rebooting a server takes a bit longer than just resetting your computer.

You will. Just make a new character and throw them in your shared stash.
It can. Create a new char, put the CE items in your stash. Log into your original character and remove items from the stash.

You will probably get it again at some point, counter is probably jacked up for that one. I got most of the ones I lost playing a new char with friends. I imagine they will be attempting to fix that at some point but who knows when.

apparently you need to start a new char, then put the wings in the stash. or so i've read.

I'm glad that the final boss showed real glimmers of mechanics. I have faith that it will be actually difficulty on the harder difficulties.

Oh no! The first act of the first difficulty level is easy?? Disaster D:
You will roll an alt, who will automatically have the CE items in their bag. You will put them in your shared stash box, then log back into your main character and loot them from the box. Then you can delete the alt.

So I broke down and made a Barbarian character. I ALWAYS play as a barbarian in all of these games because everything else seems like it would be hard . I am such a weenie. Because of this I named him Cuddles
