what program did you use? looks like you cut a lot of frames and didn't compensate by changing the speed of the remaining frames.

I followed the OP, but did cut out a whole lot more because the first time it turned out to be 11mb.. i found that a bit much .. I´m a .gif noob, i didn´t know you you could compensate the lack of frames, but i guess it must be possible with those programs too. Next time .

If I recall correctly, someone got banned for the same stuff not long ago.
