The only thing I was interested were Paper Mario sticker star, Luigi's Mansion 2, and Castlevania LoS MoF. However, they didn't announce anything new. I feel that is a let down.

It's also worth mentioning they barely announced any new games for Wii U either. We already knew more than half of the ones that were there.

So, what I got from this is:
Paper Mario look cool. I thought the stickers sounded dumb, but nope, I'm looking forward to it.
Luigi's Mansion lost it's charm somewhere in the past 11 years. It's looks like the straight to video sequel of an awesome Disney film.
Nintendo have some guy who's good at demoing games.
Oh, and they have another guy who is an even worse host then Reggie.
With the way this was presented and the lack of numerous games getting localised recently, I really think NoA needs a bit of a shake up. :-/

This along with Project P-100 not being in the wii-u conference confuzzle me. Also, no ZombiU on-stage demo confused me. Game would have been a nice showcase for demo segment.
I guess they are early 2013?

two good things to come out of this.
1. at least their insistence on showing 2012 things only means that Animal Crossing and Fire Emblem are still strong possibilities for next year.
2. NSMB 2 actually looks really good. Who'd've thought. Hype for flying raccoon cape Mario and coin rush mode.

Ok, I'm majorly disappointed that there were no new games announced. So fucking stupid to have a separate conference just to show off titles they showed during their actual press conference. I'm glad we saw more of Paper Mario and stuff but come on.

Well they could've done like they did with NintendoLand and P-100.
You know, just developing it in secret and telling people to keep their mouths closed.
BTW I was interested in half of the games they showed today, so that's ok. Next time Nintendo, just tell me you're going to show nothing. Because you know, it's 4AM here.

It's sad how out of touch NOA is with their own audience. You have a guy that coasted on his resume as VP of sales & marketing and doesn't know jack about video games, the president of NOA has an open disdain for 'hardcore gamers' (see anytime he talks to Geoff Keighley) and what the fans really want (Animal Crossing 3DS, Monster Hunter 3G, Fire Emblem: Awakening & Professor Layton 3DS), NOA could care less about. And then you have to practically twist their arm with bombardment of Operation Rainfall to even get them to acknowledge, respond, and actually release something. Luigi's Mansion and Paper Mario: Sticker Shock (or whatever it's called) isn't quite what I had in mind.
It's called anticipating needs and capturing demand. Marketing people should understand this more than anything.

I think Nintendo should have just combined all of these events and had one pretty good conference instead of one bizarre conference, one dreadful conference, and one boring conference.
