I posted my badly worded but completely honest opinion of Sony in the Wii U thread a while back, got banned for a month over it.
And right before I was banned someone (not getting into who, don't care really) said that.

meant to give nods to shockingalberto, emceegramr and thunder monkey, amongst others - the upcoming new console cycle already has gaming side getting pretty dumb in many threads (rumors are THE WORST), their insightful posts are like tiny islands in a sea of shit sometimes.

They should put his mug shot (avatar) next to the definition of "A Scholar n' a gentleman"
Often posts insightful opinions about the subject, never targets (GAFers) because of what they've said, always up for an intelligent debate, never tries to belittle anyone regardless of how stupid their post is. Never forces humor.
The guy has the art of forum posting down pat.
He's just an all around good guy S.Dave.
That's the only person I could think of right now.
Now if we made a thread about GAFers you dislike. That would be a long ass list.
Edit: An honorable mention to Cornballer for being very consistent on creating and up keeping all the threads of (my favorite) great TV shows, such an awesome contributor. Thumbs up to you too Cornballer.
Ninjascooter is pretty cool too I guess, although I have no idea who that athlete head on his avatar is. But the smarmy look on that dude's face often nicely complement the smarmy, witty one liners he posts. (Not to mention the OG behind the "Plane taking off to the sunset" meme) So again, props for consistency too Ninjascooter..

Much of PoliGAF is in my good graces, whether we agree or not. There are a lot of them in there that I really don't care for, but we have culled the ranks of the cantankerous and sarcastic idiots over the last year. 
Some of my favs (I obviously hate you if I don't mention you by name)
PhoenixDark - love his constant negative attitude about almost anything done by Obama, the DNC, or its various members. Actually thought he was a republican for the longest time! Despite the fact that he gets ragged on constantly for his negativity and out-of-left-field predictions, he seems pretty fair-minded.
speculawyer - really disliked him when Bush was in office. He seemed so sour about everything. Seeing him post about the various goings on of socieity, he is actually incredibly fair. We don't agree much of the time about trivialities or many big-picture things, but I always like reading his posts.
empty-vessel - Used to dislike him, as well. He is lightning rod for opposing viewpoints, but in reality, his arguments are sound and always supported by well-detailed theory or direct facts.
Jackson50 - Love his writing style, influences me to not write in an overly casual way at all times. Has almost single-handedly restored verbiage to the forum that was previously held (way back win, 1999? 2000?) by FoxSpiritShadow and that guy that loved Sega racing games). I love reading things that make me think and feel in ways that plain English simply cannot. His posts are like classical music and I FOCKEN LOVE classical music.
RDreamer - starting to really like him. he gives very real responses and dialogues that are refreshing.
Chichikov - great read
Black Republican - I have never read a bad post by this guy
Popopopop - or whatever. always liked his stuff
