It bothers me that people are willing to put hipster filters and rounded corners on their crappy cell phone shots, but not remove redeye. There's a ton of apps that can easily make you and your friends not look like the spawn of satan in photos. Why wouldn't you take a minute to use one?

Not sure where to start. My workouts are a bit different than what you will usually read up on. I live basically out of a hotel since I am only temporarily in Denver so that gym is lacking and I improvise. My full workout is only with free weights (dumbbells, bench, dips, pull ups and a bar for arms.
You do have to eat a bit more than usual, and I've only got to this point in the past few months since I've increased my intake. Also I mostly do only one body part per day.
I'll keep it short:
Monday: Chest (heavy)
Tuesday: Shoulders & Back
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Arms
Friday: Elliptical or legs & abs
Saturday: Chest & shoulders (lighter weights higer reps, dips)
Sunday: Off (but I try to come in as much as I can and do a mix of pull ups or whatever body part I feel I didn't do too well that week)

Also, throughout the years I've tried many many different types of workouts and this is the one that "clicked" for me. I am still working on perfecting it, adding boxing to it etc.
So it might not work for everyone.
 
So I found a pabst beer shirt marked kids at Goodwill for like 3 bucks. Had to buy it. Fit it of course. I cut off the sleeves though.

I agree with others, you look really good on the picture.
Longer hairs suits you better then your previous haircut.

Hey that sounds pretty tempting, I've been on a two days a week full body routine, been looking to change it up though. How many workouts per day do you do? I've been looking to get about your size.

This is about 10 months worth of work that I've managed, wish I had a earlier comparison pic, I regret not being able to see my progress from a earlier pic. Messy room pic inbound.

I'm trying to do at least a full week of self-portraits, that was the first. Thought it'd been a while since I hadn't said hello to GAF.

and thanks for sharing your work out routine! I am in urgent need of getting into a gym, just running by the river and trying to do some push ups on the grass will get old really fast...

For some reason I've never noticed your tag so I was surprised that you're a pianist.

Thanks :) I it use for advertising purposes. I consider myself a half-time pianist though, I do other stuff, I am currently pursuing some studies here in Germany, I teach music as well...

That's acutally about where I went to get to. Probably about 1/2 way there at this point.
 
They pretty much glue them to the back of your teeth. They're extremely obnoxious and they make flossing (something I was looking forward to being able to do easily) just as awful as when I had braces.

It's a bum. :(

nice, mine are due to come next week, will also get permanent retainers

I wouldn't change a bit, it looks like you are well on your way. If you want to grow, you should usually go heavier with the weights.

We were on an incline, so it looks off. She's just an inch shorter than me, but yes, I am pretty tall. 5'9.

You are a human chameleon. How is it possible that you can look so completely different from photo to photo? You are like a photographer's dream!

When I had a profile in the dating site, that's something people used to say to me. Not sure why or how that happens.

I still have some pics of me doing some figure skating moves on ice and from a time when I was fat. ;) but those are for another page.

Well thanks man. I've been on a cut recently, but I've realized I just need to eat more to get bigger, but I don't want to put on too much fat, I've seen things go wrong for some people lol. I think I might actually go with your routine, I've wanted something that's more "involved" throughout the week. But anyways, thanks for posting it.
