And because the popular one is mirrored and has a logo on it.
This is Papa Bear. Put out an APB for a male suspect, driving a...car of some sort, heading in the direction of...you know, that place that sells chili. Suspect is hatless. Repeat, hatless.
I can't wait 'till they throw his hatless butt in jail.
I'm sorry but what season is this from? It looks too recent for this thread...

Ahoy, Maties!
If the water turns blue, a baby for you!
If purple ye see, no baby thar be!
If ye test should fail, to a doctor set sail!
Tumblr gifs are a curse.

This line gets used way more than it should in my daily life.
Patty: I can't believe Aunt Gladys is really gone.
Selma: Her legend will live forever.
Homer: [imagining] Yeah. The legend of the dog-faced woman.
Homer: [laughs hysterically] Legend of the dog-faced woman! Oh, that's
good!
Marge: HOMER!
Homer: Wha--? D'oh!
We can't bust heads like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to tell 'em stories that don't go anywhere. (pensioners agree) Like the time I caught the ferry over to Shelbyville. I needed a new heel for my shoe, so, I decided to go to Morganville, which is what they called Shelbyville in those days. So I tied an onion to my belt, which was the style at the time. Now, to take the ferry cost a nickel, and in those days, nickels had pictures of bumblebees on 'em. "Give me five bees for a quarter," you'd say. Now where were we? Oh yeah - the important thing was that I had an onion on my belt, which was the style at the time. (Burns and Smithers sigh) They didn't have white onions because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big yellow ones...

Marge: Well, I think it's nice that we're doing something for Maggie. Besides, Storytown Village might have something for all ages, from (points to Lisa) eight to (points to Grampa) God only knows^^What's funny about the above is that Burns is like the same age or older than grampa simpson.
I think that's by far the best "old grandpa simpsons rant"My story begins in nineteen-dickety-two. We had to say "dickety" because the Kaiser had stolen our word "twenty". I chased that rascal to get it back, but gave up after dickety-six miles.

Comparison between Simpsons scenes and the movie scenes they're parodying. 90% of them are obvious and well known, but it's still nice to see them side by side. And the site seems to get a daily update, so I'll keep an eye on it.
There are only a few that are any good. WHOA AN EPISODE NAMED CAPE FEARE IS REFERENCING A MOVIE CALLED CAPE FEAR, WHO WOULD HAVE GUESSED.

Then after World War Two, it got kinda quiet, 'til Superman challenged FDR to a race around the world. FDR beat him by a furlong, or so the comic books would have you believe. The truth lies somewhere in between.
I think I might have posted this before, but some guy on 9-gag(?) made a couple side by side comparisons. Quite a few I never caught in there.
I'm sorry this post is so long...

I should be resisting this but I'm filled with rage...and island rhythm.

every single time the car screeched out of the driveway just worked so welll
You know, people sure like to use that GIF from Bart After Dark, but the episode for me feels weak.
"Oh, look at me! I'm making people happy! I'm the magical man from Happyland! In a gum-drop house on Lollypop Lane."
I still love the slow version more, but that scene is just so great.
