In the last movie he flat out designed a new bat suit, did some recon work, threatened someone who guessed Wayne's secret, and had a face to face talk with Batman in Wayne Tower. I think they're beyond that.

Huh? Did they really pretend in TDK? I mean Lucious straight up talked to Bats and told him he wasn't happy with what he was doing with that sonar technology.

Well like I said, I've only seen it once and that was right after it was released so I thought they were still at least "pretending".

Yeah, he has. I've understood him just fine (didn't see the prologue), but they have definitely been actively tweaking it. The last trailer sounded like it had fuck tons of compression on his voice. This one sounds perfect and natural.

No. The voice was terrible up until this trailer. Seems like this is the perfect levels for creepiness, badassness and bizarroness.

Every trailer has pretty much shown the exact same scenes with a couple new lines and shots from those scenes.
I think this one is perfected, but I've still understood every word he said in every trailer. Understood Gordon fine in the first teaser, and Kyle's whispered line from the start of the first trailer (which I think was the hardest to understand). Never saw the prologue, so I can't comment on how hard it was to understand him in it, but I'm sure people weren't making shit up when they said they couldn't understand him.

Nolan prefers BB to TDK (like any man with taste does), but in reality this won't be like either one.
Did he actually say that somewhere?
There's some interview somewhere that basically confirms that Nolan prefers BB while Pfister prefers TDK. I'm sure a NolanGAF fanatic can source it.

It was in the Empire Magazine interview with him. He wants TDKR to be a combination of both BB and TDKR
Which I interprete as him wanting it to be as broad in scope as TDK was, but with a character journey for Bruce like BB had.

The shot of the US Steel Tower with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) logo at 1:31 made me LOL. Guess I figured that would've been edited out, somehow. Kind of broke the fourth wall for me.
