I would imagine that BK O characters would be the Namco Assist Trophy characters.

I really doubt Sakurai overloads the game with 3rd Party characters. Likely 1 or 2 max from each and then layering in characters with Trophy's like Shadow/Grey Fox as well as back grounds in the stage.
 
I would love for Yuri to be in this game, but he probably won't due to the Nintendo console rule. Well Lloyd isn't too bad either. (although we will probably get Pac-Man or a Tekken rep instead)
