Anyone knows if it is legal to sell a device without a charger in Europe ?

I mean it is essentially a device that is not working and is fraud against the consumer

I cant think of any device ever sold without a means to power it here

Unless it uses common batteries, which can be charged outside the system

It is... especially considering there still isn't a green one for the mainline 3DS. I suppose Luigi is much too soon for a new 3DS XL color. A lost opportunity.

Edit: What's weird is that the DSi and DSiXL looked really classy, and even the "layer cake" is pretty nice from some angles. These colors are just kind of lame.

After looking at those colored DSi I'm kind of sad. Why is there such a huge difference in design quality. Those DSi look amazing and the designs are so much better than the bad looking 3DS and 3DS XL. Such a disappointment tbh.

EDIT: After this thread the blue color has grown on me. The system reminds me of Smarties (the candies) for some reason. I'll need to see pictures, but I might just go with that one.

I've owned both, and both blue and bronze look great. Can't go wrong with either of them. If you want something different and unique, bronze is a good choice.

If I had to choose between them, I would pick the red. After looking at it more I guess I kind of convinced myself that it isn't that ugly (though it still doesn't look good). The blue though is just really cheap looking and tacky. Terrible shade of blue.
