But now we know about them, don't we? All it takes is a glimpse of something to blow an entire plot point that could have been fresh.

I'm just asking when we call it a day? Do we have to gif literally every single piece of media released by the marketing dept whose job is to sell the film and not save surprises for the theatre? More than half an hour of Spiderman's run-time has come out online in snippets from a plethora of different scenes that effectively spoil the entire film. Same thing just happened with Prometheus.

I'm just asking why we can't have people tag some stuff that we haven't yet seen and ask that from this point on, anything else that is release be relegated to links for the consideration of your fellow dead cops.
 
It all depends on who. I care what ebert, scott and and a little but of phelps.

Some dude on AICN isn't going to convince me the movie is shit/glorious.

Either he is trolling or don't care. Maybe a little but of both but I won't read it until someone here gives the all clear.

But you also wanted people to spoiler tag even speaking about tv spots or trailers, which is ridiculous. I hate the random "hey guys, have you heard about this plot point?" spoilers that people post, but when you're telling people that even speaking about official marketing materials is a spoiler, that's where I think you are being way too sensitive.
 
Let's not even talk about TDKR at all since princess Sculli won't shy away from the thread much less clicking spoilers.

Might as well talk about Batman and Robin :).

I wanted people to not gif every single thing in recent marketing videos yes, talk about it all you like. Just don't post spoilers. But again, I'm asking if we can avoid all new shit from now from being posted as gifs. Again, feel more than free to link to gifs, just so long as some of us can open the page without seeing another batch of the movie's scenes ruined.

Spoiler tags should be for what hasn't been revealed in media. I'm still super fucking pissed that
Neeson's return was spoiled for me.

Of course it's Barbara, anyone can find the Bat Cave once they enter Wayne Manor.

You know it reminds me what I was thinking today man, the Batmobile sure downgraded throughout the movies.

1st movie - Shields, machine guns for mowing down obstacles, bombs, grapple hook for emergency turns, super turbine engine, bulletproof armor.

2nd movie - Defensive mechanisms to take down the Red Triangle Gang , Shields, Super Jack to lift the Batmobile and turn it around, emergency mechanism to shed most of the Batmobile's frame and into a thinner ejectable rocket car.

3rd movie- glowly lights....., some grapple hook to go up building walls..., button to strafe the batmobile to the side, and too many batfins.

4th movie - No winshield, super crazy engine in full view, rocket power capabilities ...and...that's it.
