Wow, you had issues even on easy? Haha :P Are m/kb controls making it a more enjoyable experience for you, at least? Did you try the game with auto-aim off at first?

I think I need to lower the mouse sensitivity because Dan seemed to swinging everywhere, but even so, I'm still pretty awful. I don't have very steady hands, and I'm left handed on top of that, but those are probably just excuses to hide the fact that I'm just generally miserable at games. I'll play around a bit and see if I can find a sweet spot with the sensitivity and auto-aim.

A gaming rig these days is pretty much a great investment in general. They're super easy to build even without prior experience and you can build a nice one for around $5-$600.

Tell me about it. I'm happy to see Binary Domain runs well and I'm crossing my fingers that I'll be able to run Max Payne 3 decently. My poor computer is starting to age exponentially.

I lurked for several months... and there was a different thread (OT1?). Mostly just to read the interesting/horror/date stories.

Only story I remember was someone who suspected his boyfriend was lying to them and really didn't want to continue their relationship, and reassuring them they weren't gunna leave, needless to say he did by blocking/removing him from everything and then hooking up with someone else. I think it was a LDR and it happened mostly over skype. The general gist of it; sounds tame but i forgot tons of details. (sorry if thats anyone here, i cant recall who it happened to)

I only remember because I was floored at the level of asshole this guy must have been to lie constantly and then just ditch someone.

I've been lurking for the past two years, but just never saw the point in creating an account. It was actually the multiformat artshots thread that got me to register. Of course, by the time I was approved the thread was dead so I never got to post my screens. :(

There aren't any specific events I remember though. Since I wasn't a member, most of the drama didn't mean much to me.

Have to echo the sentiments of the guys above; RoadieTMA and lunch, lurked for a while, can't remember many interesting episodes as i wasn't involved in it, more nosey i guess

thanks for replying Alcoori, i've been on Skype with the guy for maybe three or four months; he hadn't yet moved near me; he's been here maybe three weeks, hopefully going to meet soon - i'll probably post about it here

Ugh, I keep bumping into this hot construction guy who's working to add a new lift in our building. It's getting to the point where it's awkward now because I'll be in the toilet alone and all of a sudden he's coming. I'd be inside a lift and bam, he also enters the same lift from some other floor. There's no way either of us could have predicted that we're going to bump into each other and yet we keep bumping into each other. The thing is both of us are at the point where we recognize each other so I'm becoming self-conscious around him, which is fucking ridiculous. And worst of all, I kinda miss him when I don't see him around. *facepalm*

We did talk. LOL, sort of. I was going out of the cubicle after peeing and immediately bumping into him trying to get into the same cubicle (I should learn to close/lock the cubicle door while peeing). So I went "Sorry man" and he said "You're alright". It's not exactly the state of how I'd want to bump into him. :/

It'd take 8 months for the lift construction project to be completed. We have a lot of time to be awkward with each other. In a way, I kind of like it. /I'm so pathetic.

I'd see if I can come up with ways to talk that doesn't sound awkward.

Mind you, they'd have to drill down from floors to floors so I may not see him much after certain periods but their main (temp) office is on my floor, so who knows?

Hurr hurr, I wish. Although one time I came in late for work and I thought "Oh shoot, I have to pee" and decided to head my way to the toilet before going to the office. Just my luck that as I turned into the hallway, I bumped into him, and it turned out he was also on his way to toilet. I thought "How awkward could this be?" and being the chicken that I am, I decided to use the cubicle instead of the urinals.

So no, toilet encounters are not as hot as porn like to depict it.

Hey guys just got back from my date with a guy I met today. He is 22 (my age) and from Colombia. We went and watched Ted, and then Spider-Man right after. Anyway, the whole time we were holding hands, making out, hugging, etc. during the movies. He's a really sweet guy and thinks I'm really cute and everything, my heart was beating really fast and other parts seemed to be in working order too...

Hopefully going to see him on Saturday again since my friends will be busy. I feel good about this...but I'll keep my guard up for now.
 
Guys a question, already tried another thread but no luck so here it is

Weird question actually, i'll have a trip to Seoul in a couple of months, fact is, i know a guy there wich i hope to meet and have some fun together, so i thought that if we wanted a lil bit of privacy staiyng at my hotel would be perfect...

Now, fact is that i usually reserve a Double room when i travel (price is just slightly higher and that'n not a problem) mostly for comfort and such, the hotel i'll stay in is this one http://www.booking.com/hotel/kr/lottecityhotel.html?aid=304142&label=postbooking_confemail

Question is, if by any chance i would like to make him stay overnight, it would be a problem with hotel's rules over there and such? i'm actually paying for two people, still i'm kinda consfused if this would be possible

fun fact is that this is the same trip with the underage "I freakin love pussy" dude who kissed me out of nowhere last month...i probably did the part of the asshole when he asked me to share the room and i refused saying that i prefer to sleep alone but whatever (he'll stay in another place with the rest of the group yay)

Guys how do you handle straight crushes? I know this guy that ive been friends with for a little bit now. Helps in his dad's farm, lovely smile, bit of a geek. But of course he is totally straight.
