Progress is slow but steady. Once was 135 lbs, sitting at 161 now. I want 170 by summer's end.

I always say you with your shirt off when I would go into Tinychat. You never showed off your abs. Must be all that Star Wars DDR.

Also, Az987 might be skinny but he looks toned as hell. Model build status, face reminds me of default Commander Shepard.

I actually lost around 85 pounds over the past year. That picture is like 2 weeks old.

My weight loss is a little different though because I gained it all because of medicine I was on. It slowed my metabolism and now that I'm off it seems like metabolism has been sped up like crazy. I can't gain weight at all anymore.

I have crazy stretch marks because of the weight gain.

yeah, I've been slowly gaining weight/muscle also. Stretch marks are the worst :o

Yeah my skin is the worst. It just doesn't seem to have any elasticity the moment I build any muscle or gain weight it goes nuts. But whatever if you got a sweet body no one but bitter people will point out some stretch marks.

yo man i think you look good, but you def need to gain some weight. i'm 6' and i got at least 11lbs on you. i been feeling pretty fat lately too, so probably more. just eat everything in sight and keep lifting and you'll be good. i think you'll look better when you hit 190ish
 
This is psyching me up to finally working out again. Haven't been able to in a few months because I was injured, so it's going to sweet to finally get back to it. Great pics!

My goal is to put on like 20 pounds of muscle over the next year but I've been having back problems for a few months and I'm hesitant to do any weight lifting until it gets better.

I haven't done weights since the fall because I started having chest pain which was diagnosed as costochondritis and then when that seemed to get somewhat better my back started hurting.
 
From what I could tell you already got the muscle mass. Just need to cut a bit and you're set.

I think I'm actually going to do that, Midnights. I have always wanted to cut down, but I never really felt big enough until around before I got hurt. I guess now would be a good time too, since I probably have some fat on me from not working out.

i think it might have been more the position i was in (in bed), shirtless lol. but i will get back in there soon, it's pretty fun when i've been in there before

What's your routine/diet/whatever? I've been 130lbs...sicne I was 12-13...and I'll be 30 soon. Gym, shakes, diets don't work..so, I just continue eating a ton...and if anything would like to get some muscular tone or something...any tips? :p

yeah, eat everything in sight and lift weights. look up starting strength and follow the routine. you will gain weight, and get strong too. and if you really have a hard time gaining weight, you'll probably stay cut too

Thanks man, though I can't do the briefs thing. Boxer briefs are where it's at.

As for routine, I do the following:

Monday: Long distance running
Tuesday: Bench Press x4, Push-ups x3, Olympic Ring Dips x3
Wednesday: Long distance running
Thursday: Deadlifts x4, Pull-ups x3, Barbell Curls x3
Friday: Sprint/jog intervals for 2 miles, tire flips (these suck so badly)
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Squats x4, Shoulder Press x2, Calf Raises x2, Upright Rows x2

Diet-wise, I aim for 200g of protein per day. 96 of them is from whey protein mixed with milk taken in the morning, post-workout, and before bed. I try to keep my foods protein dense and it took me a long time to find the right balance for myself. I'm pretty rigid about what I consume Sunday through Friday such as not touching alcohol or junk food, but Saturday is rest/cheater day where I don't concern myself with calorie content and just enjoy myself. It helps me keep sane and plays a large part in why I've been able to maintain a fairly rigid diet for so long. Will this work for you? No idea, everyone's unique.

No. No Goatee. Full beard is always better, and it looks like you don't have the right growth pattern to do it.

You look fine, though.

Also, bearded is always better.
 
Nothing is wrong with it, but I just like a full beard better. And like I said, it looks like his moustache connects too far away from his mouth to pull of a goatee. I know that feel.

Or it could just be the lighting on the picturel.
