Most likely to meet the deadline for the issue/magazine the chapter was released with many of the drawings unfinished. Once the volumes are released the artist(s) will go back and finish the art.
Honestly though I would think it would have been better to just delay the chapter a month.

Medaka's box
Chapter 20. Medaka straight up went Super Saiyan. No seriously, Perses mode is fucking super saiyan. I can see why people would dislike the direction plot is going, but i'm head over heels over it. She moved a fucking building. Everything regarding the 10 year old progedy was awesome. His warped version of justice, his constant heckling of medaka. Awesome villain, though i'm guessing he's going to become the vice president.

Yeah, I was on the side of things that enjoyed the transition that Medaka Box underwent. But, deep down inside, I love battle manga. It's my horrible secret.

Thank goodness for Yajima-san. Cant believe they were about to stop Jellal as he was about to uncover the dark mage Zeref. Hopefully Jellal can be a saviour this arc and finally have full redemption. I would actually like that as redemption type stories and characters doing these things are really good concepts in series, since every deserves to make up for their mistakes and get second chances.

Can anyone that reads HSDK tell me if the Rescue Miu arc completely finished yet? I think the master fight was getting close to finishing last I heard. Going to marathon the rest of the arc as soon as I get the word it's done. Don't want to spoil anything by accident checking the latest chapter, like the winner of the master fight if it's done.

Manga has near zero instances of realistic proportions. It's more like "appropriate" proportions. And that's some hideous stuff.

Medaka Box
There are no words, just awe. This is my favorite fight in the manga so far, and I don't think it will be topped soon. Arguably my favorite of the 13 abnormals is given a proper fight vs Medaka. I like how the author gives him character development midfight (a concept unheard in Naruto / Bleach... WAT IS DIZ). It's like a hyped up version of scott pilgrim vs the world and no more heroes.
Medaka's Box is simply amazing.
There are no words, just awe. This is my favorite fight in the manga so far, and I don't think it will be topped soon. Arguably my favorite of the 13 abnormals is given a proper fight vs Medaka. I like how the author gives him character development midfight (a concept unheard in Naruto / Bleach... WAT IS DIZ). It's like a hyped up version of scott pilgrim vs the world and no more heroes.
Medaka's Box is simply amazing.
To be fair, he actually is missing a bunch of his organs.

I'm beginning to get bored. This arc started off well enough, but the inevitable FT comeback has already started, and I think I'll be sick when I see how it finishes. That and the title page. 'Fairy Tail's results are pretty unexpected'. Sooooooo unexpected, I don't think anyone could see them coming back after the bad start they had!

This is bugging me now. The "guy" in that Medaka Box pic looks exactly like a girl from an anime. My picture of her is in a white t-shirt gym uniform, same hair, same expression, but cross accessories in her hair. Really annoying I can't figure out who it is.

I know nobody reads this manga, but, here goes. There is no way in hell baki can win this without some serious plot hax. Yujiro is doing everything in his power not to KO baki. Unless we're getting a new series, I don't see how Baki can win this battle unless Yujiro just up and decides to let himself die.

Nah, my Index mention was a bad one...I think. This is more of a normal animu girl, long bluish/purplish hair, student, sort of crosses as hair accessories, and a tomboy. It's a shounen and when I saw the pic, immediately thought of this character.

Yeah the Arcobaleno turning into a tournament pissed me off. Tsuna is a shitty character.
Actually i think this is the final arc of Reborn. Everything has been resolved. The only remaining thing is for Tsuna to take the helm of the mafia.
I did not like it either, but the whole revelation about the arcobaleno has been great imo.
