I'm monitoring my food. That's it, well in addition to cardio. I use an online program and track every calorie, carb, protein and fat gram. Plus I lift a lot of weights.
Edit: fuck me, read this wrong.
My goal is 225, but I think I can hit 220 or under before I go on vacation. (still 5 weeks to go)

(Kind of an old pic though, her glasses for example have changed, and I don't really shave my facial hair like that anymore, both of which is reflected on the key chain figure.)
