Good thing I was sleeping and missed the spoiler.
It was more than a spoiler. I might as well not even go and wait for blu ray.
I want to hunt this bitch down and go Bane on him. Ive never been spoiled on GAF and I have been here for over a decade... it was like the thread title taunted this dip shit to do it.
Jesus, did he spoil the ending or something?
God bless sleep cycles.

The Dark Knight Rises is the most entertaining of Christopher Nolans Batfilms, but it is certainly not the best. Is it the worst? Im not quite sure. Im also not quite sure if its a bad film or not. The whole movie feels so like a series of contradictions - bloated and long yet rushed, deeply serious yet utterly silly, politically minded yet ultimately vapid - that being both wildly entertaining and a bad movie would be exactly right for it.
I'm really sorry that you got spoiled, but will you guys please stop talking about the nature of the spoilers lest the rest of us read something we don't want to.
Again, confirming that something is accurate spoilers is just as bad as spoiling. So whoever just confirmed those were real spoilers is being real stupid.
I seriously want to hunt this guy down and I'm smh at what I read.
Fucking angry and depressed now. Fucking random junior members... fucking should pay to post on this forum now.
It would make it much easier if you stop confirming if those spoilers are true or not.Seriously, if you stay in this thread you WILL get spoiled. This shit has happened too many times now. Bail out.

Eh, it wouldn't surprise me. I'm expecting TDKR to be in equal parts epic and vacuous. The philosophical themes didn't work in Batman Begins, and they didn't work in The Dark Knight. I've not got much hope for anything different with The Dark Knight Rises.
Have been avoiding everything about this movie, including this thread, but I am just popping in to say that I just booked my tickets for a midnight screening on Thursday morning. Only 28 hours to go!

Woo, Melbourne for the win![]()
My local IMAX is essentially fully booked till the end of August.Ugh why have I been lazy on the ticket book front? Closest imax is sold out until Monday. I could wait, but I fear someone will spoil the movie for me if I don't catch it at a non imax theatre.
The most common question I’ve been asked but haven’t been answering since I saw “The Dark Knight Rises,” is, “Is it better than “The Dark Knight?” My answer is, nope, it’s not. “The Dark Knight” was perfect and “The Dark Knight Rises,” while great, is not perfect. Still, my issues with it are few and didn’t detract from my love for this film, which I believe you’re going to love, too.
But Nolan’s novelistic epic also boasts some of the most outstanding action set pieces in the 21st Century, all the more ‘wow’-some for their minimal CGI, plus some totally ace new Bat toys. Bold and beautiful. A superhero movie with true muscle power.
I'm playing with so much fire every time I come back to this thread...I want to hold out but do i have the will power...
That looks like an oddly unimpressive premiere for what is arguably the most anticipated movie of the year.
Yeah and the interviewers are fucking terrible.
Oh and not sure about spoiler questions, i'm only at 05:08. Of course don't read youtube comments.

"I just dont care either way."
Don't worry, there's no spoilers in the interviews, just a lot of stupid questions.
