it was working fine last night so i dont know why it doesn't work now.
Edit: first world problems eh? got another temporary keyboard out from the cupboard. I'm guess keyboard is gone.
 
My right speaker (from my pov) on my laptop's audio is now coming out slighty muffled, is there anyway to fix this without having to take apart the laptop or going to a repair shop?

Thanks. The versions I saved still seem transparent when I open them, but this one is working. *shrug* I won't look a gift horse in the mouth.

Thanks. In the range I'm looking at it's mostly 49 or 61 keys, with some even less. The velocity-sensitivity does seem like a pretty big deal--without them I couldn't even count on having more flexibility than Wii Music. Most of them I'm looking at call themselves MIDI controllers, though some use just a USB out rather than a MIDI port--since my PC doesn't specifically have a MIDI in I'm not sure that makes much difference for me.

I'm dumb and didn't register a legitimate, professional email address with Gmail when they were still available. So now it looks like pretty much every variation of my name is taken:

first.last
f.last
first.l
first.m.last
etc.

The only think I was able to get was las.fir.m, which I think is rather unwieldy, but I figured I might as well get before someone else takes that, too.
I also looked into just getting a domain, but of course those are all taken or being squatted on.
Should I just change my name, or what, GAF? :(
 
Lets say I started walking in one direction in a straight line (and there happened to be nothing in my way and no mountains or valleys either, just a perfectly straight and flat path) and I don't mean a straight line along the curving Earth, but a real straight line. Across the earth, but then into the atmosphere or space as the earth started to curve away from my straight line. How many miles could I walk before my feet left the ground because of the curvature of the earth?

Could someone who reads Arabic let me know what a few of the tabs at the top right of this arabic website say? The part that says (Why Saudi Arabia/Investor Climate/Investor Tools, etc in the english version) I'm trying to figure out if the order of the tabs is switched from left-right to right-left, seeing as how arabic reads right-left

I work for Geeks Who Drink one night a week. It's a Pub Quiz company that some would call trivia. This week, there's a special event all-Arrested Development quiz happening in various cities.

Because GAF by and large likes Arrested Development so much, I thought it would be nice to make a thread and point it out to people. BUT since I work for them, would that qualify as spam and get me banned? I don't really gain anything personally by getting more people to play. It just seems like something a lot of people here would like.

A lot of mine were already taken when I got my gmail account years ago, so I just threw a number onto the end of it, so it's flast##. It's still nothing goofy like "rollerbladR4lyf6969" so it works well in professional settings, and that way you can use your preferred name version.
 
Is the Playstation 3D display worth it? It's only $200 at Best Buy and GameStop but the problem I see is that it's only 24 inches. I'm thinking of getting a 27 inch Asus monitor but is the 3D worth the small display?
 
So ... i remember in a foggy saturday morning haze watching an Anime where, in this run down mad max style future world, the freedom fighters of sorts all mobbed around on these motorcycle things only they had one wheel and a gun up front. The ending featured a big bad ass tank that they had to destroy and they were fighting on this upended gigantic peice of interstate pointing straight up in the sky.

Anyone? ... anyone?
