If you hit the guard rails its more akin to a bump then a smash, and driving a sports car off road would destroy it in real life, but they are allowing you to take your exotics off road without simulating what would really happen.
 
A bit late but im hating the exclusive pre-order BS for separate retailers, specially since these cars are being cut from the game, they are not new at all so its not even a bonus, its like you want to watch a movie and the theaters have exclusive scenes, sell me the complete game!!

Lots of other game offer a special paint or version of a car, but this is unacceptable and even worse than in Forza 4 because those cars atleast had very similar versions in the game and they were all actually new.
I love the 458 Italia, Virage and the SLS, now i´ll have to pick one and wait for months untill the other are released...

That practice make me think about if should or not get this game, maybe i should not or get it used because i dont want to support this shady tactics.
Im a big supporter of Forza franchise and if they offer me good content i dont have problem in paying 200 bucks per tittle but NOT like this.
 
Man, just wait for the DLC that will allow you to buy all cars at once, making you feel stupid for preordering and doubling up on the car you would've preordered it for. It wouldn't be more than a few months after release, if FM4 is anything to go by.

Not the point, also why i have to pay for cars that are already made and they are being cut from the carlist. This game uses the same engine and assets as Forza 4.

Take it with caution, seems to me like it comes from the same source of the info in the last page that mention Porsche and Weather. Lets wait untill we see it or Turn10/Playground say it.

Got my Gamertag engraved on the back. My daughter keeps filling in the F3 logo with a black felt, but it just wears off in my pocket.

Its a way to boost sales and discourage the 'I'll buy it used later' mentality. I understand why they do it. Used sales really hurt them.

The VIP stuff and online codes curb used sales. The retailer specific pre-order stuff is done solely to satisfy retailers and does absolutely nothing for consumers.
 
Yeah, I'd just wait for the official statement about weather.
Remember that IGN article about Forza 4 mentioning night racing...

I understand why the pre-order bonuses, im complaining about the retailer exclusive contents, i would not like much having a pack of cars (new ones) for preorder but i could understand it and accept it but if im preordering, why i cant have all contents? i want to punch the person who made that shaddy tactic of the separate retailer "bonuses" (which are really cut content)

Also dont forget that the game most likely will with a DLC on the box especially made to fight the second hand market.
 
I lost my keychain a long time ago but it did start showing wear REALLY fast and it was really noticeable too.

I sold my FM3 LE keyring and USB stick separately on eBay on the day of release and got back over half what I'd paid for the full game.

Think we'll get any muscle car types? That's one thing I liked about TDU 1 is that it had all sorts of cars. So far, this is the typical Forza/racing vehicles.

They have to have some muscle in there. Muscle cars are big at shows and will fit in Horizon's 'car culture' very well..

Theres an event in the game called mustang vs mustang, its a ford mustang vs the WW2 P51 mustang airplane. I think its a save bet to say theres going to be a good amount of muscles cars, especially with Forza 4 having so many of them.

Muscle cars ARE 'typical' Forza cars. Some might say they are THE typical Forza car, actually. There's enough of them.
 
Fuck Horizon, these guys had better make PGR5. MS will earn my eternal hatred if they let the next Xbox be the first one without a PGR game at launch.
 
Those are some sweet screenshots, too bad the actual game doesn't look like that. Forza horizons photo mode confirmed to be awesome at bullshots though.

I've got cars coming out of my ears for fuck's sake. I swear, the car list is the last thing on my mind when it comes to Horizon.
 
I could not care less about a game that doesnt have the cars i want to drive, so bring all the cars you want. This game will have lots of roads to drive, i want to know if my favorite cars are in.

Actually yes, dubstep is absolutely crucial in an action racing game so I'm looking forward to see if my favourite groups are there such as Br0 BeAtZ 2u, DJ DubTastX, LamB0 Posta, in2GMA, and The Beard o Nator featuring IBLZ....
