It really is disappointing that all 3 big companies have shown trailers for games that are nearly identical in presentation to the ones at E3 (RED STEEL I'M LOOKING AT YOU), or identical to the E3 ones.

The scenes with the main bad dude weren't in the E3 trailer, but were shown seperately at the show. Blimblim's site has the full video of the scene(complete with footage of Andy Serkis doing the motion capture).
