Fighting Games Weekly | August 20-26

What gets me is the hate on GAF yet those very same people lurk and those with accounts do exactly as you say. It's stupid in my opinion. Common sense is, you don't like something, you have nothing to do with it. OMG GAF is a bunch of dickriders but I'll post my shit here!

The hate comes from people who know that the shit they do on other forums won't fly here. That's if they can even get an account because "it's so difficult and long and fuck gaf."
 
so i'm kind of late to the party, but are we arguing about people coming in to plug their events and only that?

cause i mean, the FGC isn't exactly swimming in events anyways, so any news is good news methinks. Always some for someone to watch

You find it entertaining, I find it obnoxious as fuck. He's constantly behind on shit. Constantly stirs up fresh shit that is either smoothed over already or he wants the flames to get higher all for viewers and shit. Give me a break. He's like the FGC jerry springer, shits hot garbage
 
i don't hate triforce. or fchamp. or any other FGC jerk.

i look at the community as entertainment on the realm of watching NBA. There are stories and characters and drama just like some other sporting event.

Just like how people from Cleveland might froth at the mouth if they see Lebron James, i get stickly whenever triforce says somethign stupid on skype (and he does it a LOT).

but it's nothing personal. at least i hope most of gaf who joins me in the hollering don't take it seriously. it's grown ass men and women streaming their dirty laundry over videogames. you gotta take everything with a little bit of salt.
 
I don't hate Triforce but I cringe at some of the stuff he thinks or says. He tries to come off as some educated guy on various subjects but ends up making himself look stupid. The whole Jago/Chris G thing was pure nonsense. Not enough head shaking for that. Guy goes off about beef between the two and when both of them appear, neither of them knows wtf is going on. LOL. And even more funny is Triforce backtracking and being soft spoken to Chris G when he was about to unleash some asswhupping.

It's nice to know where you both stand and I respect it, I don't love or hate Triforce but he is entertaining with all his nonsense.

I agree. If someone wants to make a 1-post "Look at our FG-related stuff going on!" post, I'm fine with that.
 
Clockwork was handing out free Beta codes for PSAB though so he did help people out. And he took time to answer questions about the poster with respect to Jin/Kazuya. And non stop promotion is annoying.

Is there a way to search challonge for brackets? Half the time I can't find the brackets for Level Up streams because they don't bother using levelup.challonge.com.
