And when you go to punish the whiffed elastic slam the other bolt comes out. Only way to punish is fullscreen hyper or fast teleport or projectile invulnearability move. Outside of the top tier characters.

Dieminion vs Infiltrarion (evo) - odds stacked massively against him, didn't win but maybe should have.

Neurosis v Amiyu (ss) - highest level for two characters you do not see all too often at the business end

I didn't care for SF4 back when it was announced, but after seeing this match "ok this game is legit" is what popped in my head right after.

It's not the best SF4 set, but I will always remember it.

Of course they were trolling. Who the hell got hyped for Sentinel pre-patch lvl3xf comebacks? Also the bias.

Match itself is super scrubby except for some later matches but the commentary was golden.

My favorite SF4 set is PRBalrog vs Tokido at FR.

It's more than just that- they need to adapt the presentation of the games instead of trying to make the E-Sports mold used for RTS/FPS games work for them.

I thought there was talk of Capcom games being present at future IPL events. I remember reading one tweet strongly hinted at Marvel among the 3 potential games. I hope Marvel and SF make it though. I'm hoping SF4 getting picked up will allow us to see international competition duke it out more often since there is more money on the line and that's what people really want to see from this game. Marvel is Marvel so it doesn't need something like that to bring the excitement and hype to the matches.

MLG needs to be more open on their dates. So far all 3 of their events happened on the same weekend as a FGC major (NCR, ECT and SJ). Honestly I don't think that they will draw big crowds like a FGC event.
