All this talk about soda helped me reaffirm my decision of stop drinking it. I'm about to embark in a journey to lose weight that will take some strong will power on my part.

:(, I hope is nothing serius. A couple years ago I was being attended by a doctor for a small cyst I had near my genitals, when the doctor said he felt "something" durink the exam, so I got an ultrasound and they found nothing. That was an interesting day.

It's kind of an accumulating effect. The biggest thing is keeping your momentum after that first step. It's easy to get a little bit and think, "Oh, I've done enough" and stagnate. Don't stop until you're (metaphorically, or literally) running full on.

Then, the world is yours. In the life-affirming, I-did-something way, not the Dr. Horrible "This world is a mess and I just need to rule it" way.
Unless you are NPH, then you need to call me ASAP.
 
Well it turned out it was benign. This was probably the most stressful day ever, and I still haven't fallen asleep yet. Thanks for everyone being supportive. Phew.

I had a Dr. Pepper the other day, just to try. That shit was nasty, seriously the worst thing I drank in a while. Ugh.

I do have a weakness for diet coke though.

Actually just make that diet drinks are the worst tasting sodas in the world and you'd be correct.

Also, the guy with the sunglasses looks like he's in a World's Biggest Douche contest and further down the page is someone who looks disturbingly like Tom Hanks and I might throw up.
 
The last time gaf changed their ads, all the hot men threads were banned so it just went off-site or something like that. I believe it's still public so anyone can post.

It's a tumblr page that reposts various pictures and gifs from other blogs. I started it initially because a long-running "hot men" thread had been locked, but I don't have anything to do with the blog these days; iirc Replicant or DarkUSS do most of the updating now.
 
Homo Online is another good tumblr to follow, even though I personally find their agenda to be a bunch of eye-rollingly aggressive posturing.

Glad to hear it. And I understand how stressful it can be, I'm not out of the woods yet on that. Today was supposed to be an easy going day but turned into a stressful one.
