Shatterhand already posted. Nice and fast.

Not just nice and fast, Shatterhand also brings parallax backgrounds to the table for many stages. Just awesome.

I meant the speed at which it was posted.

But yeah, it's a very good-looking game. Great use of parallax, and like a lot of the best-looking NES games, it uses black for shading instead of just for outlines.

Yeah, the parallax in Shatterhand is awesome.

Crisis Force is another game with some crazy parallax going on, very impressive for NES standards.

I just noticed for the first time in that Metal Storm pic I posted, the background features the battleship from R-Type's stage 3. Pretty cool
