In case people missed what it said.

how strongly would hank chase this? i wonder at what point it becomes a serious question of where hank's allegiances lie, and how much he wants to stir the pot. putting myself in his situation, it would raise a lot of obvious questions about the safety of everyone involved, but another part of me would wonder how much i really wanted to know.

This season was at least on the same level as the first halfs of seasons 3 and 4. Some really great moments. Being short hurts it, but otherwise I think the recent episodes are strong.

Today's episode or the W.W episode?

Todays. The WW episode is basically Hank flipping through gales notebook and coming up on the poem. Walt going "let me see that" "oh hey hey you got me" which you see in the flashback. Insert random suspicious glares inbetween.

Walt didn't stop cooking to be with his family, the job became so uneventful that what he was working for didn't matter more than his family. At the point of success, Walt was waiting to die, just like he was when he was cooking in the beginning but this time he didn't have a due date.

So he quit to get back what he was originally working for.

This is the kind of shit we still have another year to discuss

Put me down for #TeamFuckReplacementHandDryers

I can't wait for that scene where Walt reminds Hank who paid his hospital bills.

If Hank's character means anything, he's a stickler for the basic rule of law. He won't care that Walt's money saved him from being a paraplegic.

Can't wait till that first Hank vs. Real Walt conversation. No more Mr. Meek Walt

The best evidence for the cancer NOT being back is the fact that he had a full head of hair in the flash forward. Of course he could have just refused to suffer chemo again.

don't forget that the last time he coughed it was because of a minor inflamattion and his cancer was almost 80% gone when he was coughing/taking pills in season 2.

Yes! Now when confronted Walt shifts into full Heisenberg mode.

Walt is going to break it all down how taking him down would be just as bad for Hank and the entire family for that matter. An aggressive DA could easily make a case against Skylar and create one against Hank.

10 months will give me a chance to re-watch the series.

yeah walt didnt really look all that satisfied during the push it to the limit montage

I started watching Breaking Bad about a month ago. This is the first time I'll have to wait for the next year. It's already painful guys :(

why would he stay in with the cancer bveing back, the scene where sky showed him the piles of maney racks on racks on racks just made it kinda obvious to walt that his fam has enough money to live of for "10 lifetimes" and his cancer is back so there's no point in working day in and day out to leave your fam some money, might as well cuz ur ass is gonna go bye bye.

my position is that he planned to die running the empire, realized he has too much time to live, and decided that he didnt want to spend years and years running the empire now that his wife basically gave him his family back.

The watch Jesse gave to Walter keeps stopping at 54. I guess that's the age when Walter will die, so 2 more years after the cold opening scene.

the fact that it was different in the journo seems to imply to me that he was practicing what to write and thought what he wrote initially was a little romantic.

Holy fuck. I still don't even know what to think. When it followed Hank into the bathroom I just knew something was going to finally tip him off, I just didn't know what. God damn.

I could have done without the flashback at the end. But I bet without it, people would be like, wtf what's so special about the book
