Is GAF too strict?

enjoy gamefaqs and their deep meaningful conversations on the subject?

Yikes.

That true though. There's nowhere like Gaf, only because with other sites, you either get a small community with people who don't care enough to troll and flame (but it feels like a wasteland due to people never being there that much), or you get a huge community that is just ridiculous all the time and mind numbing (so much shit and no repercussions because people can sign back up as soon as they are banned). Gaf is a nice medium in between because of the moderation and "gate" of needing a non gmail/hotmail/etc. email and a approval process.

Contenders:

FFXIII announced for X360
Epic Mickey for Wii
DQIX for DS
Monster Hunter 3/4 for Nintendo
2006 Sony E3 Press Conference

theres a pattern here :lol

You are forgetting a transgender related thread that happened last year that got close to 60-70 members banned . Kinda breaks your pattern too :p.

its not permanent is it, bish wouldnt do that would he

would he

I think it was Stump who said it depends on the post the got them banned and the posters' posting and ban history.

Edit: And if it really was Stump then he said in a far more eloquent way than that.

I think I remember that one. Didn't it involve a transgender child becoming a girl scout in Colorado? That was a potent cocktail of carnage, that thread.

There was one Dragona thread that sticks out to me, too. A driver, in Canada, I think, plowed into several vehicles in a parking lot. Female driver jokes built upon speculation followed. Mass (thread) casualties ensue. Driver was then confirmed to be a female driver. Seems like it was around 3 dozen.
