Please someone explain how limiting tax deductions is not raising taxes. Doesn't that mean I can't deduce more things on my return and hence, owe more taxes in the end?

Personally speaking, my business would get a benefit from this since I can't afford the kind of accountants that enable some of the more well off businesses to take advantage of a lot of tax loopholes.

Not knowing the specifics, however, I wouldn't really be able to say if this would work out in practice. The general idea has some merit, though.

Whoa, what the hell. Did he mean to go "Oh I just thought of one" or was it supposed to be one of those zingers? Because that was incredibly awkward.

Seeing as how the last Presidential Debate I was only 13, I didn't really give a shit. This is basically my first real Presidential Debate, and wow...it seems much more tame than I expected. How much power does the moderator usually have however, because poor Jim keeps getting ignored.

Romney really is doing better than Obama.

Obama is more stuttery and gets his message less well across. Romney is smooth, has all his answers very well prepared.

Obama is not getting obliterated, but given the expectations we had before this debate, Romney really is overperforming.

If I could use one .gif to summarize this debate so far.
