So some pointless statistics from the top ten about combined opponents' records (minus those that lost today):

1 ALA: 13-9 59%
2 ORE: 14-11 56%
6 USCe: 15-13 53%
7 KSU: 10-12 45%
8 WVU: 16-4 80%
9 ND: 16-6 72%
10 FL: 16-7 69%

Make your own conclusions because statistics are meaningless!
WVU has looked among the most impressive lately...still think KSU will be ranked higher.

My only regret is that the Buckeye defense did not step up and limit Nebraska to 36 points. For shame, tOSU.

Police block the student section. The other sections have a high ass wall to scale. They wanted to rush but couldn't.

Not entirely disagreeing with you, but police presence is also not uncommon to line the walls after an upset. And usually the threat of arrest is voided by a mass rush. But it sounds like they may have "threatened" students based on past incidents/bills sufficiently to prevent it.

Come on. Be reasonable. You should have expected absolutely nothing from UCLA other than to be terrible this year. You got that tonight, but the rest of the season has had a few pleasant surprises, right?

This has been one of the worst sports weeks ever. I give these teams my heart and they spit in my face.

Does FSU have any chance to get back in the title hunt?

Tough. They do, but ACC gets no respect. They could theoretically lose out to a 2 loss SEC team, but only if that team is LSU after a huge rebound, or if Bama loses next week and then recover strong or something like that. They don't have a great schedule of marquee games. They probably want Florida to continue to do well, and then beat them. Otherwise winning out obviously, and the ACC championship game against a ranked opponent would help.

And to actually speak on this:

It's painful, but it shows you really care...and when your team gets back up, pain like this makes the future victories that much more rewarding.

The only thing that I can think of to put FSU back on the map is if UF goes undefeated and we pull out a W at the end of the season. We'll drop to #11-#12 this week (hopefully), so we'll definitely need some help.

Gotta get to the ACC Championship first, which despite losing to NC State still seems reasonable.

I don't think UCLA will ever get back up, lol. Especially as long as that toad-sucking piece of slimy filth Guerrero is in charge.

Well, I seriously doubt NC State will be able to make it, so that means everybody else will have 1 loss and have lost to FSU, so it is implied, but is a necessary step to do it. But yes, Florida running the table is the best solution for Florida State. LoL. I bet you still root against us, though!
