I expected something like that for Spider-man when Slott said he's going to go into hiding. I loved Ben Reilly though so I'm not bothered yet. Anyways him saying its not Peter Parker could still just mean Peter just quits being Peter like he does Spider-man all the time.

Maybe Pete becomes a murderer or gets framed up, not Spidey. Thus a name-change or something, essentially making him Ben Reilly but still Pete. Could be Ock's last play, he can't kill Spider-Man but he can rid the world of Peter Parker forever.
But any story like that is dumb because it has a one-year and a half shelf life at most. Slott failing to understand the successes of his run is certainly a concern.
I'm still not sure how to feel about the new X-Force either. I dont 'get' what they'll be doing. Killing wont be it, so.... just really rough imprisoning? Or self appointed mutant police.

You should read the 90s X-Force series and X-Treme X-Men and feel awesome because those were badass mutant police squads like this series will hopefully be. If they do kill, I hope it isn't some stupid, senseless "badass violence" shit (looking at you, Kyle and Yost!) and it has actual repercussions like the current Uncanny X-Force.

I was criticizing this in my head and figured I'd write a post:
The way his thumb is placed on his right hand gives him no grip on his gun
He's only wearing one knee pad
His left leg is about 30% longer than his right leg
His torso is about twice as thick as it should be (picture how it would connect to his neck + legs)
His biceps are bigger than his thighs
His boots have no "toe" portion. They're just triangles
His forearm is way too short, he wouldn't be able to touch his own shoulder
