Knowing that some absurd marketing rules exist, maybe fine print text has to be visible on discs in promo material and since disc 2 is in the render, the text had to go on that one.

RE6 didn't have a spindle for disc 2 afaik. It's all the rage these days just to lay them atop each other

There's no reason that millions of these discs wouldn't exist right now, and it's totally conceivable that someone took a picture of them.
