While disregarding the previous 8 years of building up to that failure, and the past 2 years of congressional gridlock because the GOP knows that any congressional success by the Obama camp will lead to a Presidential win this year.

I don't think "4 years of failure" tells nearly enough about why this President hasn't gotten what is perceived as "enough" done in his tenure.

Can someome please explain Romney's Voucher Tax Plan to me.

Didn't he say you can CHOOSE which tax breaks you get, rather then get all the ones you qualify for?

He talks about filling up your bucket with exemptions you qualify for.

No one ever asks him so what happens if that taxpayer does that and they still qualify for other exemptions, how does that person not pay more taxes?
