i only tuned in for the last 10 minutes but obamas big flub in all of this has been his bully-like demeanour. probably meant to sharply contrast the last debate but its too much.
I agree, but they're both guilty of this. It's been pretty annoying, but as one gaffer told me previously, debates are all about talking over your competitor/laughing during their statements/and snide facial expressions. That's how you win a debate!

My comment about Romney being a "white fuck" was unacceptable and I probably do deserve a ban for that. If I am allowed to return, should probably avoid heat of the moment posting.

The "47%" line is just as overrated as the "You Didn't Build That" line. It's quite clearly being taken out of context. He was referring to trying to win them over in the election, nothing to do with nit caring about them as citizens.

That's not at all the case. If you read the whole quote he goes far beyond that, explaining exactly why he would never be able to win them over.

Romney is the clear leader and Obama should still be worried. Saying things are a lie or not true without saying they aren't in clear specific detail makes you look incompetent.

CNN BREAKING NEWS: CNN Focus group didn't like Obama's 47% comment. Lines went down. #CNNUndecideds. #CNNDebate.

How the fuck is that breaking news. Another one:

BREAKING NEWS: Romney: "I believe in God."

"Ooh, I like God!"

Lines go up!

Nobody ever answers those final "tell me about the glory in your heart" questions.

You might get two or three words towards your question and then an immediate pivot to closing arguments.

And Romney couldn't have played that worse.

LOL. Did you watch the same debate? The audience even cheered at moments of destruction of Romney. Obama's got nothing to worry about if the next debate turns out just like this one.

Candy was great, I take back everything bad I said.

Chris Wallace is a fucking idiot. What other Act of Terror would Obama be talking about?

Yeah I think the Libya question ruined Romney. I'm calling it for Obama but not by much. They both looked really childish with all that alpha crap.

Here's my unbiased opinion:
Romney came off looking too agitated. He wasn't positive enough.
Obama did much better this time and had a nice closing.
I'd say Romney is the clear winner.

Still think Obama won the election on the Libya response when he smacked down Romney for questioning him. He looked like the fucking POTUS and voters will remember that.

- Romney's cost of lowering rates for every body along with eliminating estate taxes

spending will call 2 trillion. Romney's plan increases spend by 8 trillion.
However he cannot explain where the difference will come from.

- Those 47% are parents, soldiers, and low-income folks. I will fight for them.
- Government programs do help grant opportunity.

I thought Romney had a very slight lead for the first 10 minutes, and then it went far, far, far downhill. Obama adding up the tax plan, the gun control question, and then the 47% closer were all well-played.

I thought Romney won the first one. It's hard to tell the general consensus though when looking at GAF.

I agree, but they're both guilty of this. It's been pretty annoying, but as one gaffer told me previously, debates are all about talking over your competitor/laughing during their statements/and snide facial expressions. That's how you win a debate!

that sucks. candy should get a fog horn to blow every 2 minutes.

The "47%" line is just as overrated as the "You Didn't Build That" line. It's quite clearly being taken out of context. He was referring to trying to win them over in the election, nothing to do with nit caring about them as citizens.

Seriously? No. Ignoring the fact that a large part of that 47% vote REPUBLICAN, the point was that they are leaches, and that good people should not be concerned with them.

Because its improperly named. If it were called its accurate title, Fox Right Wing Propaganda Channel, I'm sure everyone would be fine with it.

True dat. But I think we all know their agenda by now. I just find it funny that people act surprised after all these years.

Romney is the clear leader and Obama should still be worried. Saying things are a lie or not true without saying they aren't in clear specific detail makes you look incompetent.
Its going to be a long four years for you, isn't it?

If it helps, I know that feel.

You listen when Romney told the Pres to STFU... it wasn't a question. That my friends is a born leader.
Is this opposite day? Because if it is, it isn't.

That's not at all the case. If you read the whole quote he goes far beyond that, explaining exactly why he would never be able to win them over.

+1 on that.

It gives a real vision into the soul of the man and what he really thinks about the people who couldn't afford to be sitting at those dinner tables that night.

You want that guy representing you? That feels that level of righteous indignation for half the country? Even if you're okay with him, are you okay with him knowing he has a certain level of real disdain for them and policies that would affect them positively or negatively?

Be real. Fuck that guy.
