Fox Spin:

If it disappears:

I thought that was an TheOnion article.

Oh, btw, China media was already reporting that a win for Romney would be catastrophic for Chinese US trade relations, I think that sentiment will be re enforced today. Which must be a slap in the face to the Chinese since Romney has made countless millions outsourcing to China.

These bullying and chest pounding threats imo will ultimately be highly detrimental to global trade if Romney gets in. China is vital to the US economy and vice versa. The anti Chinese rhetoric really needs to calm down on the GOP side. Obama is far more tactful and professional about it all.

The clear loser tonight was the moderator. To be fair she never had a chance. You would need some kind of electro-shock device strapped to each one to keep them on point.

I loved the part of the debate where they talked about Drug policy and Gay rights.

Oh wait...

Not a hot button issue. They each will regurgitate exactly what their respective VPs said a week ago with regards to gay rights. Obama for, Romney against.

And drug policy is not anywhere near this election season's radar.

Romney already has a bad international image from my understanding. Wouldnt be just China

Was the civil rights issue of the 60's purely a state issue?

Again, the government passed the act almost facetiously under the interstate commerce clause. I seriously doubt SCOTUS would allow gay marriage legislation under the same clause given the recent restrictions of the commerce clause. (See Rehnquist and the Obamacare case).

Does the President appoint Federal Judges?

Relevance? Are you suggesting that the judges will allow it in because they're corrupt?

You're right. Companies hate profits.

So, you concede that your point makes no sense? Companies will always try to maximize profits by reducing their expenses no matter what % they are taxed at. Since we tax profit, taxing companies at a higher %(even though we arent going to do this), shouldnt impact a company's payroll and expeditures since they should already be at its most profitable level

Does the 14th amendment provide legislative power? I wasn't aware it did. The civil rights act for example was passed under the commerce clause.

The supreme court, I believe, ruled that blacks and whites could get married regardless of State law. I believe that was also the time they called marriage a human right. The same could be done for homosexual men and women.

Certainly. But the Atheist polling is like 75% O, 20% R, 5% undecided/no answer

Oh I'm sure there are, I was looking if there were some here, it was mostly a stab at those that must have been annoyed by the Children of the Same God statement but will vote Republican anyway because God talk is the priority for nobody sane.

Still hoping a former president to admit he's become an Atheist to pave the way for a candidate to do it though, I'm sure it will ruin his chances but baby steps.

Nope. Goes against God's will.

I've had my fair share of economics courses, but when people well versed in the field can't decided on a path to take, how am I suppose to?

What I can be opinionated on is social issues. Which these debates seem to be lacking.

He didn't.

Indeed. He dodged. Then, when all Romney had to do was parry and thrust his metaphorical sword into his opponent, he paused to shit talk on a technicality. Obama then pulled some Diago counter bullshit, and made Mittens look a fool.

It's a shame, really. I'd have like to see Obama get a little bit of heat.

Nope. Goes against God's will.

For now.

When a legally gay married couple has to deal with some shit in a different state, I assume that's when we can get this fucking ball rolling in the right direction. State rights are so stupid in this context anyways.
