Hmmm.. neither code worked for me. Could it be because they don't allow you to ADD plus, just confirm?
Are they OK for U.S? If not, I'd be happy to give to let you pass them out to whomever else could use them.

They are codes from that IGN blunder yesterday. They should be fine for U.S, what error is it giving?
Edit: Looking at the Wario64 thread it seems like some of the codes may have been de-authed already?

I got one if the ign codes last night and we had to put a CC on the account then delete it after getting the plus.

What the fuck at Payday. Downloaded and installed it earlier so I could play it tonight, go to start it and there's a 3 GB patch. And I know I can cancel it, but it seems like it's multiplayer focused, and I kind of wanted to try it at least. Can't even background download it.
wasn't there a thread very recently about games with annoying patches in them? Sounds like this game is a good candidate.
Yeah I found that funny, the patch is bigger then the game.
So with regard to the need to "redownload" stuff to extend its expiry date, are we talking literal redownloads (i.e: several gigabytes?) Just renewed my Plus tonight and didn't seem to push those dates.

you just have to "start" the download.. once you start it it "activates" and if you still have the game on your PS3 the game will be activated, then you can just cancel the download.
Is it a good game? does anyone know? how's the port?

they always said November, and from the sounds of it expect it mid to late nov not early.
I am just hoping that they allow you to download everything to the ps3 like they do other vita stuff as I don't own a vita yet but don't want to miss out on plus stuff lol, not that I am expecting much from vita plus at this point. just hoping for some ps1 games as about the only game they could offer from the launch time I would want is disgaea 3 and I want a physical copy of that anyways lol.
That's my worry too but I do plan to get a Vita by late November so even if they don't let you download things on PS3 I should be ok.
I'm just hoping they'll help me out a bit and give a few retail games away, preferably 2 or 3 that just happen to be on my 15 game shopping list. I'm hoping since it'll be the debut of + on the system they'll step their game up and go for more than the sub-par usual SCEA is known for now.
Expect great games like Little Deviants and Hot Shots Golf World Invitational (which is actually good) to be part of the Vita instant game collection lol

personally I am still quite happy with NA's plus and more often than not prefer it over EU's, but alas I am also one of those people who isn't excited when stuff like borderlands gets added as it's an older game that is $10 or less to get a physical copy of and would much rather have stuff like payday the heist instead lol.

Im a ps+ member and my automatic download and all that stuff is activated but this morning when i turned on my ps3 i had the "auto download screen" telling me that it has updated my firmware but it wasnt the case.
The latest firmware wasnt downloaded/installed.
Is this an issue or its totally normal?

The firmware is downloaded but not installed. Is it possible what you saw was just the install? Ps3 still goes through the download procedure if it has already downloaded the firmware but it is usually very quick if the file is already on your ps3..

Man, that's kinda a shitty PS3 lineup. Does Japan even care about GoW? And some of that other stuff...the worst Fatal Fury, a LocoRoco game that's more of an interactive screensaver than anything else, Sonic 1 (while still great, it pales in comparison to later Sonic games)...really disappointing lineup.
I'd take GoW Collection or Origins Collection as a freebie anytime.
