Even if it's his second language, I think Salsa writes english a lot better than many actual American/British Gaffers.
At least he doesn't say "could of"

South Korea wanted to gift you with a symbol of good faith and peace. Something that would become a beacon that symbolizes the opportunity and hope of your country... they just didn't wanna spend a lot of money though.

thanks brah, I try. Actually had my speaking test for the proficency exam today (first time studying english ever and I went directly towards the top exam, would basically mean I "mastered" the language, at least in academic terms. Scary) and it went pretty well. All the writing stuff is on the 17th. The University of Michigan actually showed interest in giving me a scholarship to go study there in an exchange program but I cant do it atm cause I dropped out of highschool when I got into film school, how crappy is that

anyway, this thread is about korean buttocks

they just didn't wanna spend a lot of money though.

id say they spent a ton for what it is

Everybody

Everybody, look

It's a penis

I found this on CNN:

The naked blue man is nearly 20 feet tall and weighs three tons. It was donated by South Korean artist Yoo Young-ho, who has already built one "Greetingman" in his home country. Yoo's goal is to put up 1,000 of them across the globe as a way to link other cultures and people.

THE HORROR! They're being mass-produced!
Artist's site: http://www.greetingman.com/intro.html

There's a silver lining to this. When the statue starts shooting its death rays, we'll all die laughing.

Salsa's English is not only great, I'm always puzzled (As a South Ametican) how he's so knowledgable and in tune with North American pop culture. Do they have HBO, AMC, Showtime and all the other network tv stations down in Uruguay or something? No one cares for the Spanish pop singers? They listen to the Crap that's produced in the US? I always thought you were a US born, (half) Uruguayan Salsa.

Back on topic, so each one of these costs a quarter of a mill? And "The artist" is planning to install a thousand of them around the world? Are you shitting me?

If they put one of those anywhere near my house I'll fire-bomb it.

They're clearly going to link together into a weapon of mass destruction

I've seen something like this somewhere in seoul, but it was just a steel frame of this person and if definitely didn't have a noticeable bulge

Yeah, Salsa even knows the lyrics of the USA Digimon theme song

Why would South Korea gives a gift to Uruguay? It's like the last 2 countries i imagined doing such a thing.

Korea, I'm offended. Here I was thinking we were your best friend here in America, but where's our statue. Oh, that's cool. You can just go hang out with Uruguay then. GOD!

It's not uncommon to see Spanish language signs in southern Brazil. I was pretty close you got to admit. It had to be South America because of the way the land looked. So I guessed the largest country there.

With those heavy clothes? It's hot as hell here these days! xD
