Just took this one (infront of my copy of Segata's PC game), I apologize for the crappy quality of my camera phone. Can't remember who made this one (I think they were called Mother Base), but I like the quality of the figure's sculpt.

There was also one made by Takara Tomy, would like to own that one, but it is a lot more rarer and (worse) a hell of lot more expensive (especially on Japanese auctions).

15 years late, but i hope this makes amends for my past misjudgement

Man, I would love a white saturn, the color scheme on the controllers looks nice.

Edit: the figure I own is made by SEGA Toys, Mother Base was the sculptor.

Best STG on Saturn indeed. Well I´m also partial to Soukyugurentai. It would have been nice to have Segata ads on any of those two, I wonder if he could have handled the awesome of the Raizing shmups.
