Probably belongs in the cool pics thread but it wouldn't get as much attention.

Brosnan draws the fastest! Moore uses two hands!
GoldenEye was the first Bond film I saw at the cinema. I'd seen bits of other Bonds on TV, mostly without knowing what they were, so Brosnan was the ultimate Bond in my eyes. I thought he did the shoot-to-camera in a really cool way, and each time I watched a different Bond, I thought they did it really badly.

Now that I see them all together like this, I realise that it was nothing to do with seeing GoldenEye first, but that Brosnan actually does it way better than everyone else.

Same here, Goldeneye was my first Bond movie.

Now Brosnan seems to be working on a biopic about Colonel Sanders

The blobfish (Psychrolutes marcidus) is a deep sea fish of the family Psychrolutidae. Inhabiting the deep waters off the coasts of mainland Australia and Tasmania, it is rarely seen by humans.

Blobfish live at depths between 600–1,200 m (2,000–3,900 ft) where the pressure is several dozen times higher than at sea level, which would likely make gas bladders inefficient for maintaining buoyancy.Instead, the flesh of the blobfish is primarily a gelatinous mass with a density slightly less than water; this allows the fish to float above the sea floor without expending energy on swimming. Its relative lack of muscle is not a disadvantage as it primarily swallows edible matter that floats in front of it. Blobfish eat invertebrates like crabs and sea pens.

Yeah, it was weird in Skyfall, it almost didn't fit in the movie. It looked fake and unnecessary (even if it it obviously necessary in a Bond film!).

Was it the first time Craig had the traditional opening? My dad said he was a bit disappointed it wasn't in Quantum of Solace, but to be honest I couldn't remember wether it was or was not in that film (or Casino Royale)

Ah yeah... that was indeed cool. I guess my dad just is a sucker for the old themesong with the traditional shooting. Can't blame him... he saw Dr No in the cinema.

Yeah it was awesome in Casino. Can't remember for Quantum since I fell asleep both times I tried to go through that movie lol.

In Skyfall it's just tacked on at the end of the movie right before the credits. It really feels likes an afterthought.
