you mean 40 years ago? And it has gotten a lot better the last 5 years or so. Just look at Punk or Bryan. Dudes like that would have never held a title 10 years ago (if they weren't huge stars that then gotten outta shape already).
The Rock, Stone Cold, Chris Jericho, Mick Foley, HBK, HHH, Road Dogg, Xpac, Billy Gunn, Val Venis, etc. and the list goes on and on. That's just over a decade ago.
Sure, they looked superhuman, but they didn't so cut to the point where it looks physically painful just to look at.

Yeah, when he says kinda, it's that he is in like a PPV and a show or two every year. He's just used as a big name to headline Wrestlemania, even though he's not there 99% on RAW. Also, I wouldn't say he wrestles, I'd say he shows up.

yeah Cena is basically the last one left (in WWE, there's this Jersey Shore dude in TNA) the other big guys at least look somewhat normal even though I'm sure lots of them juice as well.

I mean, I always enjoyed watching him wrestle. Some of his stuff with Mick Foley and Austin are legendary to me, not in a technical sense, but just the overall package of it.

I think you mean like when. There always was smaller guys like HBK and Bret Hart, but the roided up freaks were always there because Vince loves them.
