Goddamn steroids work like crazy

The guy played at the University of Miami. He knows how to lift, cut, and bulk. I'm sure he's done it naturally.

It's called bulking then cutting. It looks like he put on 10lbs of muscle over about 3-6 months then did a cut.

Have you seen his routine? It's possible. Very possible.

Yeah I know what bulking and cutting is youre just wrong. Ten pounds of muscle over 3-6 months isnt possible naturally for an advanced lifter like him by the way.

edit: even though thats quite obviously more than ten pounds

Zero chance. Zero.

Dude drinks HGH in his morning OJ.

He was on the U of M's 91 team. The guy has probably been lifting religiously since 1988 or even earlier. It does not surprise me that he's that big. Look at DarthWeifu. He's already Rock sized and he's only been lifting for only three-four years. He even lost a ton of weight doing it.

Yeah, we're going to have to disagree here. I don't see it humanly possible. I know all about the Rock's history. None of that makes miracles happen.

That's fine. I'm just looking at this from the point of an on-looker. Although, I clearly want to state that his body is far from impossible.

If I recall correctly, the Rock was billed at 260-270 (and chunky) before scorpion king. He then did an interview and said that in order to get more roles, he needed to lose weight. I think he was around 230 at his lightest in like the mid 2000s or so. So it really isn't impossible for him to bulk and cut back to his old weight. Besides, hes not on the road full time wrestling so you could assume his nutrition and lifting routines are stable/consistent.

lol, I may have a man crush on The Rock. This guy just oozes awesome. And at all the the people claiming steroids. Maybe he just works out because his paycheck dictates that he stays swole. I need to find out more about this HGH stuff, my body refuses to gain.

Just roid bro. It's cheaper.

Darth is big, but he is not even close to Rock size.

The rock is a combo is PEDs and good nutrition. Nothing wrong in that.

Even if her did use some drugs lol, it doesn't make you automatically grow into some monster. You probably just just the same amount of work in as a normal person who isn't using

He came down to a local gym a few weeks back but I missed him.

These pictures are probably a decade apart, 7 years minimum. He dropped a significant amount of size after he stopped wrestling. In the past 3-4 years he's bulked up massively and now he's both bigger and more defined than he ever was when he was wrestling. He was bulky and chunky as a wrestler, except for his brief return in 2003. I'm not going to pretend that he isn't on something to help, but he didn't go from the left to the right in the course of a few months or even years.

It was a gradual build up over 5-8 years that accelerated a lot once he went back to straight up action movies.

Probably because it is super awesome walking around like a god damn comic book hero. It's more or less is job to be super jacked all the time. I don't think how crazy he looks is even close to how disgusting and weird actual pro body builders get. Or world's strongest men types. Rock isn't so pumped up that he can't do anything but flex.

Wtf. At least I can understand why the rock did this (he has a movie role to fill). However, I don't think I will ever understand why people would do this to their body in real life.

I see your point... then again, after both the Rock and you are dead...who will be remembered by more people?

Of course that is a moot point but still, somehow these guys at least manage to do something extraordinary with their lives even if i despise some of the methods they're using on getting there.

These pics shall serve as motivation to get back to lifting once in a while lol (wish i hadn't quit years ago)

How do you y'all know he's on HGH or Roids? Have you seen a test where he popped positive on it? Don't jump to conclusions because one guy is ripped. Oh he's got muscles, must be on HGH. Fucking joke.

Are you serious? Have you ever lifted in your life? The Rock right now is too huge to be 100% natural.

Guys, The Rock is clearly natty. I have more veins in my left nut than he does on his whole body. The guy has clearly just put in the hard work to get big. It's just a shame that he got too big and looks all gross and overdeveloped now. I'm sure that with 2 years of training I could be on his level, but why would I wanna do that? Gross.

Bro, testicular varices are nothing to be ashamed of and removing them is a really common procedure, even for guys under 20! If you don't remove it, though, your testicles can overheat due to the excessive blood and make you sterile or your scrotum can swell up to honey melon size when liquid is pressed out of the blood vessels.

Get as big as you want, but have your ball sack checked out if your first sentence is true.

That being said, later today I 'll probably have a gym membership again after 1/2 year not working out at all thanks to recurring bacterial infections of my bronchia,, half a year of trying to do some light liftig with the barbell I have, a punching bag and a door bar. The year before not doing anything I had both returning wrist problems and a deviated nasal septum, thanks to scarring from a kicked in nose, so I was hardly working out and not regularily at all.

It will be glorius to deadlift again. It will be less glorius spending hours bending over corpse and cutting around in it while having sore back muscles, burning shoulders and screaming arms, though. At least my legs regenerate quite quick, minus m. triceps surae, which is prone to cramping in the M. gastrocnemius medialis part, so standing for hours won't be that painful after leg day.
